Everyone knows that there are nail salons on every corner, so without looking at reviews or rolling the dice, you can't be sure if you'll return to the mail salon. AZ Admire Nails and Spa is a nail salon that you can be satisfied with. I made an appointment, but you can do walk-ins. There were 2 nail techs when I arrived. One of the woman gave me pedicure and manicure. I like that I only had one tech instead of 2 different techs and paying 2 tips! Attention to detail was the best I've ever had. Even though she had other clients waiting she still made sure she did a good job. Now, if you're looking for a "bougie" salon, this may not be for you. Quality attention to detail and satisfaction is my expectation. read more

One of the worst manicures I've ever gotten. SIX of my nails have small scans from the lady not knowing how to drill. When I told her she hurt me in one of the moment, she LAUGHED. Apparently she did the same thing to my friend as well, and her nails were in pain when she left too. They had us playing musical chairs the entire time, I moved like 4 times. I contemplated leaving being my hands felt like they were on fire and they kept putting acetone of my fingers and wow, the pain. At the end when I tipped (worst service ever but I feel bad leaving a $0 tip), the receptionist shouted out load to the tech the amount I tipped, and the tech thanked me. Talk about awkward. Overall worst manicure experience I've ever had and my fingers still hurt when I grab something.... 3 days later. read more

I have been coming here since I moved to the area last October and the service was great. Then today I went and took my boyfriends daughter with me. She had a full set and mani while I had wanted a gel mani and a gel pedi. First my toe was scraped raw because instead of filing my nail they filed the front of my toe. Plus they did reg paint on my toes not gel like i asked. Then they sprayed alcohol and it burned so bad because my toe is raw. So then I went to get my mani. When the owner was pushing my cuticle he cut my finger pretty deep. I said ouch he looked at me and sprayed alcohol on my fingers and it wanted to come out of my skin. I said you cut me he said oh didn't know you were a bleeder. I said well you sliced my finger pretty deep. He smiled and said oh it's a new instrument and sprayed alcohol again. I said please don't he said it's just alcohol I said on an open cut. While he filed me, a woman walked in. He said you ok to way 15 to 20 min so my wife can paint for you? I said why he said well I have to take that lady and he pointed at the walk in and told me "she is a more important customer I hope you understand". While I'm walking in the shoes they give you trying to grab my stuff the owners wife [who was working on my boyfriend daughter's nails] was rushing me to move chairs for the "important customer". I said I am moving as fast as I can. That was the last straw. Not only was I cut twice sprayed alcohol on my open wounds now I'm gonna have to wait 20 more min for paint [as i had to was 20 min for my pedi] so he can take a walk one who is quote a more important customer. Not to mention being rushed to move seats. I was so upset as i had already been there 2 hours. When my bf daughter was done I told them not to paint me. I was so made it literally hurt me to lay them anything more than I had to. I explained tot he owner my grievances, that I was not once apologized to yet I've been hurt twice and set aside twice. For my 2 hour of delays I paid 95.00. No discount even when I told him please do not ever tell a future customers to wait because I have a more important customer waiting. That that is bad customer service he smiled and said it is? No apologies still. I continued to say my money is as good as theirs and I had been a loyal customer. I also told the owner who made it know i was not important but he wanted my 95 dollars that i would never come back. My part of the charge was 30 for this I received a reg pedi and botched mani. My nails look horrible and I paid 10 for it. Here is a picture, I would never pay them a dime or refer any business. This nail salon is great! I absolutely would recommend this place to anyone. I am not the type of person who would go and get her nails done. Few months ago I needed them done for a wedding, got a beautiful acrylics set done by Amy. I was so impressed by everything. The salon is very clean, the staff and owners are wonderful. I was offered water when I entered, and then was given a pillow for more back support while I got my manicure. I loved it so much I came back for gel nails and a pedicure. Continued to love this place and now I go in every few weeks for a gel manicure. Amy and Ken are great and they usually do my nails. Awesome, awesome salon! Great prices, great service, and great owners. Will continue to keep getting my nail services here. read more

Here are my top three reasons for being a loyal customer here: 1) The owner and all of the staff are so friendly, I feel so pampered when I go there. They're so kind and always go above and beyond in little ways to make each visit special. I love the hand, foot/leg massages. I feel like they really want me to relax and enjoy when I go there... and I really appreciate that. 2) They do an outstanding job. My gel manicures last for three weeks, and the staff are perfectionists. My nails look amazing, thanks to them. The pedicures are awesome too. They have a great selection of colors, and they're so patient and helpful in the color selection. 3) The salon looks great - super clean and peaceful. I LOVE this place! They are SO nice and SO skilled. Every time I come to get my fingers and toes done, I feel like I'm seeing friends. I get a warm welcome and excellent service throughout my visit, and they really go the extra mile to be sure that everything is done perfectly and that I'm happy. My gel manicures last a really long time - usually 18-22 days - and the pedicures last even longer. Everyone who works there is really meticulous and, at the same time, super nice. They usually have something interesting on TV (like Travel channel) and it's never too loud. The massage chairs are really comfy; the equipment is updated and pristine. I came here for my birthday to pamper myself and got a gel French manicure and I think I got the deluxe pedicure (whatever included the hot stone massage, sugar scrub and paraffin wax). This is the BEST pedicure I have ever received! This place is very clean and professional, they even give you a bag with your nail file, buffer, etc. so you know they are only used once. My priority has always been to look for hygienic Nail salons with best service where I can truly relax. This place meets all the criteria for must haves. This has gotten even better this year. They have completely renovated the space and I give 5 stars for cleanliness and sanitized equipments. They have new massage chairs and they use tub liners. I am from Ca. And just moved here. I went on yelp to fine a place near by to get my nails done and get a pedicure. I showed up right after they opened and was able to get right in. The pedicure was so different then Ca. In a good way loved the hot rocks, but i do like a little harder massage on the leg part. But all went well. Then i got right in with Amy, i guess timimg is everything because she was the only one at the time doing nails. My nails look great, i was very happy with the way they looked and i can be picky. read more

I came in with dip polish which needed to be removed and I asked for a manicure and a pedicure. I sat in the pedicure chair and the woman proceeded to give me a mediocre pedicure. Then about 15 minutes in, a second woman walks over to begin my manicure. I can tell they're in a hurry to get me out of there as closing time was approaching. She asks me what kind of polish I have on and I tell her dip. She chuckled and walked to get one of those electric drills. She tells me if it gets hot to tell her. I was immediately alarmed as usually the drill is only used to take off too layer and the rest is soaked off in acetone. As I could have predicted, she drilled a little too much and I yelped in pain. She had drilled through my finger nail and my nail bed flesh was now exposed. Worst pain and it is still currently throbbing about 6 hours later. Flusters, i did not want anymore done to my hands. But the guy I assume was the owner convinced me to let him soak off the remaining nails and cut and file them. Needless to say, I will not be returning. I did not appreciate the rushed job or the pain. Do not come here. I see from other reviews this is not the first time that they have injured someone. The woman obviously felt bad and I assured her I knew it was an accident and I was not angry withhowever, it's not acceptable. read more

First review I have done on yelp and it is only because my experience was that terrible. Do yourselves a favor and skip Admire Nails. My bestie and I just left from getting pedicures for mother's day. We spent $22 to do something nice for ourselves, and ended up walking out of there in 20 min..shortest pedicure in history. Total rip off! Literally, 2 min leg massage, not to mention my friend was left waiting for her top coat so he could start someone else's nails!? I am very disappointed in this nail and spa place -I got my nails done about a week ago and paid for a nail to be put on $3 -my regular fill -andit popped off like 2 days later- so I kept the nail to show them and I went in today to get it fixed today and the gentleman was going to wait on me because he thought I wanted a pedicure or a fill and said he would be right with me- but then I took my nail over to him and told fella that it had not been on there very well - you could could tell that my nail is really smooth and he said well I don't have time to fix it today and I said what ??? He then said you're gonna have to wait 30 minutes so I waited and then I went up to the table when he called me and he said to give him the nail and he would glue it back on and I said you're not gonna fix it ?- he said no I don't have time to fix your nail- you need to get a full fill in about a week I said I can't afford to fill every 2 weeks and he said well I can't fix it and so I told him never mind and I walked out and I will never go back there again they have horrible customer service at this place and they're not trying to make you happy they just wanna make money and move on to the person who will spend the mist and it is very disappointing. I experienced the worst customer service while getting my nails done by a mid age women.she was very rude ,didnt listen to my nail color choice . I got gel ,when she was finish my nails were still wet told her I always get gel they shouldn't be wet she told me to wash my hands to make them dry I did that ,they were still wet she kept touching them saying nothing is wrong but then my nails began to have finger smears ,because she kept touching them.she wouldn't let my nails sit under UV light .worst customer service I've ever received .would NOT recommend. read more

Admire Nails has one technician who does a great job. The other technicians a are rude. I called to schedule a time for my appointment, when I came in I was told that I should go run errands. They don't care about maintaining customers. Although I really like the one technician, I will no longer go to or recommend this establishment. read more
