    First set, amazing quality work

Cheap cost and quality at first was pretty good. New set is $80, fill is $50-60. As time progressed, quality and design decreased. I was told they could do designs and then was heavily disappointed when it was completed. Nails chipped often and clear turned yellow. if you get the older man, he rushes and paints way too many coats. My very last set was extremely disappointing (not Pictured) because of various chips and bubbles which led me to seek out another company. I would not recommend if you like quality.

The worst pedicure and manicure ever. One side of my big toe no polish. Still have dipping powder on my nails.

I always come to this salon so far I haven't had any bad experiences Nancy always does a great job with my dipping manicure

No cuticle care. Had nails done 2 days ago.

I went into the nail salon because my cuticles hurt and needed to be pushed back. When I told her "I'm sorry my cuticles are so bad" she said she would take care of me. She used the drill to file off my cuticles so they are uneven, I have cuts in my nail bed and have no relief as she did not push my cuticles back with any tool. She also did not use the straight clippers to remove any dead skin from the nails. She even painted the dip over my sad cuticles so I can't push them back on my own even if I tried. Now I have nail polish dip that isn't bad, but is not great on horrible looking and VERY painful nails with red nail beds. Not cute. Not worth any of my money. Additionally we also made an apt for 3 and I was finished before my friend even started. So our one hour adventure turned into two. Wouldn't have cared if i had cuticle care. None of the three of us liked our paint job and they trimmed our nails too short. 5 stars for kindness (but I didn't pay 50$ for kindness) 2 stars for polish abilities. 0 for manicure skills. Side note they played worship music the full 2 hours we were there. It wasn't horrible just something I've never seen before.

Chunk of thumb nail missing, exposed nail bed.

I have been coming here for a year now, and normally everything is good. The women are all very sweet and caring, my favorite was Nancy! Even though sometimes she took a little longer, she did a great job and never injured me. The reason I can only leave 3 stars is because of my last few visits. Three visits ago I walked in and was immediately seen by Nancy. I needed a fill and wanted a matte top coat. We got to the top coat and it just would not it dry under the light. She tried it multiple times and finally came to the conclusion that it wouldn't set because they had mixed two bottles of it together. Needless to say I was there for almost over two hours for a fill. And left without the bedazzling I had wanted also. They still looked good and they did discount the price for the inconvenience. I appreciated that. The next visit I came in for a fill and was seen by Nancy as well. The outcome was still great, but the polish must have been old or mixed again because it was not the same as the example nails they have, at all. She asked if she can redo them, but because of what happened the previous time I was not interested in staying for two hours again. This last time I went in on saturday and was seen by "Q" up at the front. Again I needed a fill. A couple were lifting so she recommended we remove them so that no fungus grows on my nail. I agreed. When removing acrylics they have always file down the gel topcoat and then soaked the nails off. That was not the case this day. We started with my right hand on my pinky and worked towards the thumb. The first three finger nails came off fine with her method of using a fake nail and slipping it between the acrylic and my natural nail. However I could see there was some damage from using this method, as there was layers of my finger nail stuck to the acrylic. She then started working on my pointer finger and thumb and this is where it went bad. My nails are not lifting as much on those fingers, so they were difficult to remove. Instead of stopping and soaking along, she proceeded to try and force them off. This was not a pleasant feeling. My pointer finger nail ripped and is super thin now, sensitive to the touch of the nail bed. My thumb nail now has nail bed exposed and a chunk of nail missing. I was handed cuticle clippers to cut off the nail chunk that was hanging. It was so painful I threw myself back in the chair and began crying. I do have anxiety and this ultimately sent me into a panic. I told her I just want to go home. At this point she now decided to soak my remaining nails off. She did not charge me for the service, which I appreciate. I thought about coming back once my nails heal, but I don't think I can. This ruined my nail experience and I honestly don't want to set foot in another nail salon again. I understand sometimes things happen, but if something is not coming off... do not force it. That is just asking for trouble. If you are looking for a simple look then they do great work, anything extravagant or matte or multicolored... don't go here. If they start to remove your nails without soaking them, tell them no and save yourself the pain. Wish I could have remained a loyal customer.

    Heart isn't even nice :(

I came here wanting very simple nails, short black French tip nails with a little heart. The shaping was very good I was happy with it until another person came to finish up the rest and I was not happy with the finishing results, the French tip is not even, after TWO DAYS they started chipping! This was probably the worst experience i had coming to a nail salon and also this set was $70 and yes I did even pay extra for gel nails.

I love going here. Sweet gals who do a great job. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I got a gel mani with glitter today. Looks great!

Let me start by saying that I am a bit of a germaphobe and highly dislike people seeing/touch my feet. However, after seeing how clean and neat this place is I decided to give it a try and get a mani and pedi . I love the fact that they use new clean sterile tools for each customer. If that is not enough they use disposable plastic covers for their massage foot tub. Customer service was exceptional. Unfortunately I am really bad remembering names but I believe Tina was the amicable lady that did my toes.

One of the best nail spots in the area. The salon is modern and clean, and the nail techs do great work. Prices are reasonable.

First time here! And it was a success! I did not realize they had a different method of hair…read moreremoval. They actually use a quality black wax that dries hard and thinly on the skin in quick seconds. Then it gets removed with a fast peel vs a rip like you would imagine with the cloth strips. And to make it 5-stars better....the pain level is lowwww....to me anyway. I have a pretty high pain tolerance and can do laser - now that can be painful in certain areas! But really it's not that bad! I was pleasantly surprised. The service was top notch with Larissa. She is professional and knows what she's doing. Great job! Great place to go to for a quicker hair removal fix!

European Wax Center Tempe Marketplace has become an absolute embarrassment. After more than 10…read moreyears as a loyal member, I'm done. I will not be renewing my membership because this location has completely fallen apart. The turnover is beyond ridiculous. Every single visit there's a different General Manager , a different front desk employee, and a different aesthetician. At some point you have to ask why. Are employees quitting because of poor leadership, or are they constantly being fired? Either way, it speaks volumes about how this center is being run. The current General Manager COURTNEY is, without question, the worst I've encountered. COURTNEY is arrogant, dismissive, and completely incapable of taking accountability or resolving even the simplest customer concerns. Instead of de-escalating situations, COURTNEY makes them worse. It's shocking that someone with such poor customer service and leadership skills is managing a business built on client relationships. This location has destroyed the reputation of a brand I was once happy to support. Corporate should take a serious look at what's happening here because this center is driving away long-term, loyal customers. I expect someone from corporate to contact me and explain how a location can decline this dramatically.
