I did make a reservation and they had me in, in 3 minutes flat. Without was about 15 minutes. On my lat visit, I had to renew my license. I called and asked what I needed to bring, and was told "Nothing but the Drivers License." I arrived and was told that I needed proof of residency an my passport or birth certificate. Maybe this was for the Real ID requirements. I went home, came back and waited, this time without a reservation. Still it wasn't too bad. In the end, they have always gotten the job done quickly. It sure beats the alternative!

They said it would be "impossible" for me to register my car because I wrote my first name properly hyphenated on the title. Drove the extra 15 minutes to the actual AzMVD in Avondale and they said it was a NON ISSUE.. The AzMVD rep mentioned Ayala by name and said they are "uncooperative and incompetent". And, unlike a sight built home, a Mfg Home is sold like a car. However, as someone who has dealt with both the MVD, and numerous 3rd Party Offices, these 3rd Parties are much faster than the MVD. And, in some cases, much closer. So, usually well worth the extra dollars for the speed, and convenience. The place is on the small side. But, is very clean. They only have 2 Windows. But, when I was there (both times), only 1 Window was open. Luckily, they weren't crowded. So, the wait time was like 10 minutes. A must use facility for most MVD transactions for people in a hurry.

Our cost was $84 the other couple paid $64 for the exact same things! Granted neither couple are AAA members so we were completely aware that the charge would be higher than membership price but a $20 difference for the exact same thing!! We questioned the price difference & were treated like we were idiots. Will we go back? Absolutely not. Watch your pockets if you go in there because prices apparently are not set & are completely subject to who's sitting at the desk/computer. No receipt given or provided to provide comparisons.
