I did make a reservation and they had me in, in 3 minutes flat. Without was about 15 minutes. On my lat visit, I had to renew my license. I called and asked what I needed to bring, and was told "Nothing but the Drivers License." I arrived and was told that I needed proof of residency an my passport or birth certificate. Maybe this was for the Real ID requirements. I went home, came back and waited, this time without a reservation. Still it wasn't too bad. In the end, they have always gotten the job done quickly. It sure beats the alternative!

The fee was about $25 for my issue and I just didn't feel like driving down the street to my appointment. An older, but not elderly man entered the office while I was waiting (which wasn't even a 10 minute wait). He asked me for help and I told him to scan the QR code. Seems he didn't have a phone. He was so filled with rage. He yelled at the clerks and demanded immediate attention, complaining that he scheduled an appointment and had to wait behind "yours truly" here. Funny, if he wasn't so angry, he could have figured this out himself but wouldn't listen when I told him the MVD is down the street and this is a private company. It's not the employee's fault that a private company decided to purchase down the street from the real MVD. People like that make the experience terrible for everyone. The service was excellent and got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. They answered all my questions and it was well worth it for me.

I've done both walk in and scheduled appointment. Both were fast. There is not even seats to wait unless you have a disability and when you check in you note that. The staff is friendly Mea helped me today and she was professional and fast yet treated me with care. They even have an employee directing traffic in the front of the line. I really like that all booths have cameras making easy for each booth to take you through the whole process rather than going from one station to the next as in the past. I had been using third party facilities due to the long waiting time in the past but I no longer have to pay the "convenience " fees of the third party places. Thanks.

She took the test for her permit online at home and the driving test through a driving school, which made the process a lot easier. I called to verify the documents we would need to bring. They answered right away and didn't put me on hold. I can only imagine trying to get through to the DMV. We had the same lady help us for each visit and she was very nice. They said it would be "impossible" for me to register my car because I wrote my first name properly hyphenated on the title. Drove the extra 15 minutes to the actual AzMVD in Avondale and they said it was a NON ISSUE.. The AzMVD rep mentioned Ayala by name and said they are "uncooperative and incompetent". The business is empty everyday with no wait for a reason. Just go the MVD on Van Buren and Eliso instead and keep your peace.

And, in some cases, much closer. So, usually well worth the extra dollars for the speed, and convenience. The place is on the small side. But, is very clean. They only have 2 Windows. But, when I was there (both times), only 1 Window was open. Luckily, they weren't crowded. So, the wait time was like 10 minutes. A must use facility for most MVD transactions for people in a hurry.
