I've only been here 2x (once was to apply for a position of Driving Instructor, back when they also operated a Driving School). Yesterday, I sold my Mfg Home. And, unlike a sight built home, a Mfg Home is sold like a car. However, as someone who has dealt with both the MVD, and numerous 3rd Party Offices, these 3rd Parties are much faster than the MVD. And, in some cases, much closer. So, usually well worth the extra dollars for the speed, and convenience. The place is on the small side. But, is very clean. They only have 2 Windows. But, when I was there (both times), only 1 Window was open. Luckily, they weren't crowded. So, the wait time was like 10 minutes. A must use facility for most MVD transactions for people in a hurry. read more

I came to this office after another 3rd Party office refused to help me. This minimum wage administrative guru insisted he knew more than me on the Arizona requirement that my proof of insurance show an Arizona address. The vehicle stays with me in LA and the insurance reflects my actual address. It's a vehicle I bought while deployed and is dual titled in my name and my sons name. My insurance company was surprised that they required this (it's a large national insurance carrier). They sent me a new card in order to appease this gurus ego that he is practically a lawyer because he's worked at this place for 7 years... I would never recommend coming to any of these offices at this point. DO IT ONLINE BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE ARE STUPID‍ UPDATE - SEE BELOW RESPONSE FROM OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS. This man has worked here 13 years. I wonder how, with his degree and experience, he was NOT able to show me the statute which required a persons proof of insurance card to show an address in Arizona. When I told him the statute only stated it had to be insured with a company licensed to insure vehicles in Arizona, he fell back on the "look I've been doing this a long time and I know what's required, so either you can let me help you, or not." I ended up spending close to an hour on the phone trying to, and eventually getting them to, change my proof of insurance card to show my sons address in Arizona. That was super fun - especially considering I'd driven from SoCal this morning, only to get the run around from somebody who couldn't justify their position! Yeah - you're welcome for my business. Only gets a two star because the girl was sitting in the chair at the window as i walked in there was another employee at the other window helping the ONLY other customer there and she said he'll help you. She sat there for another 3 minutes then logged off and "clocked out". Absolutely terrible customer service and work ethic in my opinion. Completely worth the service fee. No appointment needed just walk in and you'll usually be done in under 30 minutes regardless of how many people are in front of you. The two guys working the window know what they're doing and able to quickly service everyone. They both have a positive attitude which is something you normally don't receive at the DMV. read more

Tried calling both their locations, and neither picked up. One, the voice mail is full, the other just sends you back to the initial intro you hear at the beginning of the phone call, and it's not clear whatsoever. Guess they're not THAT helpful. Hope the phone service improves. I'd rather ask questions via the phone then to drive waste time and money (gas prices going up). Please get better... read more

Holy moly these employees are smart! I have never had any problems, issues, nor the slightest inconvenience at this specific location. I've registered cars here mainly. The level of competence I experienced was sorta mind-blowing, and I'm grateful for the lightning fast service I have received multiple times. No joke, go here! Skip the MVD! The convenience factor nearly gave me that "its too good to be true" feeling . It is by far 1 million times superior than its counterparts. It's right near base as well. Couldn't have asked for more knowledgeable staff. Don't wait in long lines for something that can be accomplished by all metro motor vehicles in under 15 minutes! read more
