They answered right away and didn't put me on hold. I can only imagine trying to get through to the DMV. We had the same lady help us for each visit and she was very nice. Avoid at all costs. They don't seem to understand simple tasks…read more They sent me to the MVD because my license was missing a hyphen (which Arizona used to not include on licenses). They said it would be "impossible" for me to register my car because I wrote my first name properly hyphenated on the title. Drove the extra 15 minutes to the actual AzMVD in Avondale and they said it was a NON ISSUE.. The AzMVD rep mentioned Ayala by name and said they are "uncooperative and incompetent". The business is empty everyday with no wait for a reason. Just go the MVD on Van Buren and Eliso instead and keep your peace.

The lady that I got was absolutely HORRIBLE. From the jump she had an awful attitude and did not let me speak. She interrupted multiple times while I was trying to explain my situation. Her name is MARINA. She clearly did not want to help me with a bonded title, tried to pass it off to someone else. I'm so upset that someone who has a "customer service representative" position can be so rude and nasty. Steven- thank you for your timely response. I appreciate the insight! The issue was not the explanation, it was Marina. She has a horrible attitude and clearly did not want to help.
