I requested cameras & a new alarm system. They were able to use my existing window & door sensors ... (ring products) . The tech was exceptional!!!!! New motion sensors & window breaks sensors. My entire home was covered in surveillance in an hour. The system hooks into Brinks security... just like most other alarm companies. I had issues with my code ( I forgot it) so I called Eric ( sales) and he immediately had a tech call me and verify my info and was able to work out my issues . My son set off the alarm twice by accident... police were at my door in mins. & verified my identity. The second time my relatives set off my alarm accidentally... I got a call from brinks and identified myself via code words etc. This company is no joke folks. Brilliant service. Affordable... Spot on customer service. I don't know how I missed leaving a review for this company. I found this company on Yelp. Being a Yelp Elite, I do take the reviews very seriously when purchasing products and/or etc. because it goes to show the character I am wanting to associate myself with. It's been a year and half from today that I had Ron sitting in my living room and going over all of the options in what I was looking for with a home security. Granted, we are not home buyers of our house but, I don't care - nowadays with crime, drugs, homeless and etc on the rise, you never know and I want to be able to sleep at night knowing we are protected in some ways, I want to feel that the signs outside of my house will let people know that "Yes, our house is alarmed!" It's that sense of peace. It has been an enjoyable experience working with AZ Alarm and Moni Securities and now the new company Brinks. I haven't had one problem with any of the technician/sales/or even the security companies themselves. Technicians came a few days after I signed the contract to install the security alarm in our house and they were super quick, gave us a brief tutorial on the system, monthly payments are so reasonable - I'm just amazed at the reasonable price! I really enjoy the notification when we are out of town and my daughter decides to throw a house party not realizing I can see everything that is taken place and come back to my clean - pinesol/Clorox smell and diffuser going in my house asking her "Ohh, how was your week or weekend?" lol - I guess I have stupid written all over my forehead sometimes, these kids! So that is a huge plus for young adults that are still children..hahaha I also enjoy the efficiency of how quickly the security alarm company responds to our alarm being set off - Usually, it's us forgetting to shut it off or not properly locking the door and the alarm goes on. They immediately call to check up on us and go through the whole procedure to making sure we are safe and are okay. So many 5 star reviews here, it makes you wonder if they are all legit...I'd bet they are based on my experience! Had AZ Alarm Company replace my old alarm at my OFFICE, one of their employees came out, was knowledgeable and no nonsense....didn't get a big sales pitch to add this and that, only what was needed to secure all points of entry. A couple months later my wife scheduled a consult with a different company to replace our HOME alarm, guy was nice enough but took WAY to long to go through everything and price seemed high. So I scheduled an appointment with AZ Alarm. Jim was on time, said he would be here at 10:30, and he was(no 4 hour window). He was in and out in less than an hour and literally $1,000+ cheaper (no charge for panel, used my existing equipment, added a motion detector, didn't suggest things that don't provide value). Jim provided some of the best service I've had in a while. It wasn't just about his product, he provided security advice that had nothing to do with the alarm. Choosing this company was a no brainer. I've had Az Alarm for over a year now. Initially, there were some issues that I encountered thus forcing me to contact the company several times. One of the owners gave me a call shortly after my complaint call. He was a little annoyed when I first started to explain my issue to him. After bringing to his attention that I was not happy as a customer, he went ahead and offered a discount, fixed my issues and his attitude. Overall, I have not had a problem with the system. I think it's only human to have bad days and it talks highly of the business when they are willing to accept a mistake and provide the customer with the solution they need. We had a couple new touchscreen keypads installed, also added home automation features so I can adjust the temperature, lock and unlock the front door and turn on and off lights while we travel. We had been waiting on another alarm company for about six weeks to come out and set our alarm up. Our schedules didn't seem to be working out so we called AZ Alarm Company to see if the times that worked for them would work for us and in less than a week we had the original meeting and the alarm set up and going!! In our previous review of this company, I explained that I was frustrated with the lack of customer service provided by Vince. He failed to respond to both my email and my voice mail to let me know that he had contacted MONI and had resolved the billing issue. Amazingly, once my Yelp review was published, he called me within five minutes to ask what it would take to change my review. He complained that my review was costing his business thousands of dollars and offered me two months of free service to change my review. He did not refute a single comment I made in my initial review, but repeatedly asked how he could get me to change my review. Two days later, the sales rep also called and made the same offer of two month's free service for an improved review. Again, I refused and contacted Yelp to make them aware of this unethical behavior. In his response to my review, Vince claims that I have not provided him with the opportunity to "make things right." I do not feel that Vince's attempt to bribe me into posting an improved rating is making things right. I am glad that he admits that "mistakes happen." If Vince would have simply contacted me to let me know he had resolved the billing issue with MONI, I would have been satisfied. read more

It isn't like AZ Alarm Company really NEEDS one more 5-star review, but that should tell you: there is a reason this company is racking up some of the highest reviews on YELP. We were "those" people......safe neighborhood, lots of people around in the daytime, etc. - until we were burglarized at 10:30 am. So (about time) -we took some pro-active measures and one of the things I usually do right is go to an independently owned business that values and works to keep their clients. This company is one of those, and then some! Jim always returns calls so promptly that I had to tell him to stop working on a Saturday! There was no hard sell, and he was careful not to sell me anything he didn't think I needed for our situation. The price was better than most, the installation done within a couple of days. The unit is state-of-the-art and definitely not complicated to use. Especially convenient is the phone app, where you can set or unset it from wherever you might be. I was raised in a family owned business and also worked for a company that is renown for its customer service. If you read my other reviews, you know I don't toss around sugary compliments easily - but, have to say that this is one of the best experiences I have had regarding ethics and customer service from a company. read more
