Awful. I asked how long the wait was, they said no wait. 1/2 hour later some one finally comes to start my pedicure. The 'hot stone massage' consisted of them running two room temperature rocks on my legs once. My manicure looks like something I could have done. Not impressed and will not be returning. read more

I love this place. CINDY does ny nails &is soooo sweet&caring. She takes her time even when busy. I always come in with crazy ideas and she's done them great every single time. I'm a hairstylist so my hands are in water alot, Cindy makes sure they won't lift because fungus is never fun lol she goes out of her way to make you happy. For instance I broke 2 nails working out so I went in to see Cindy to get them fixed (nail repair is $5 per nail) my nails are pretty detailed with tons of gems & long , shaped like a coffin, so my repairs aren't that easy. Cindy first off told me to come in cuz I called first&they were closing in 10min. Then she spent 45min fixing the 2 broken ones matching them up perfectly & again covering them with the gems about 20 I'd say. Anyways she said no charge & told me she would see me for my fill. I was blown away so obviously I tipped her the $20 I was expecting to pay ($10 nail repair $8tip) but her kindness got a $20. I'm in beauty industry & know it's ppl like her that stand out&above the rest. Thankyou Cindy your the best !!! read more

Okay I looked on Google and tried this place. Not worth the money or stop! I went there a week ago and my toe is still in pain. They did not have much of a selection in colors and the service lacked a great deal. Avoid this one. Not sure who rated them as high stars... waste of time!!! read more

They were very nice. I enjoyed the pedicure they gave me. She did good work on my feet (which anyone who knows me---definitely needed that). And I feel bad that I didn't get the name of the woman, but I will be definitely returning and I'll get her name next time. read more

Took two and a half hours for Mani pedi. I sat for long periods of time in between with no one working on me while they accommodated other walk-ins. My GEL!! Manicure chipped off 5 fingers by day 3. read more

I went here and my tech was nice but he was horrible. He made my finger bleed with the little grinder he uses under your nails. My nails were uneven, lumpy and absolutely terrible. I just want to say the reason I go back is for Cindy!!! She takes the time and passion for all her clients. She does amazing work.

First time there - my daughter saw the special and wanted to get a full set so I tagged along for a manicure. First - I was seated at a table with one Nail Tech and she started the manicure, placing my hands/fingertips in cold water to soak between filing. She trimmed and began filing my left hand, then a few more customers came in. She got up and walked away. A few minutes later another Tech came from the back and sat down, starting to file on my right hand. She asked what I wanted (the color sitting right there next to me, one hand already to the length I wanted, I explained shape I wanted) and she continued. Entire process from then on was silent, super fast, and worthless. My left hand nails were trimmed as I asked and rounded, the other hand was left long and square. Polish was not to the sides leaving natural nails showing on several nails. No top coat, no massage, not even lotion or cuticle oil. There were no other customers waiting and this was the middle of a weekday so I am certain it was not to keep the clients happy. When I was finished - and my daughter was not obviously since she was having a full set - I waited in a chair by the door. I was asked 4 times in 10 minutes if I wanted to pay - by the same person!!! She then told me if my daughter was paying I could go ahead and leave. Wow. Sure, I guess I will get out of here and leave her behind since we rode together and all. Her full set was also uneven and two fell off in the first 4 days. We will not be going back to this place ever. read more

The worst pedicure I've ever had. Cold water, the lady asked if I wanted a design so I said yes but only in black and no flowers, so naturally I get a white flower with perfect circle pedals. The pedicure was painful and the amount it time to put on coats and coats of nail polish, then take it off again just to put it back on...ridiculous. Large waste of money. Upside: the people were nice. Save your money. Now it's home to take it all off. read more

Worst experience... ever. Made the cuticles on two fingers bleed with the clippers, burnt my toe nail with the grinder, left the acetone on my fingernails (to remove previous gel) until my fingers burned and didn't even get all of the old nail polish off before painting. The gentleman who painted my nails apparently has a medical condition that makes his hands shake so bad I ended up with clear coat on my skin all around the nails. Went into this place a few hours before closing and the guy who did my nails took entirely too long. I had several people who work there confront me to try and up sell what I went in there for. After I said that I did not want gel nails the guy proceeded to explain how they were better an he would not accept my answer. The job took so long the shop had closed and I was still getting my nails done. Before I picked out my polish the lady insisted that I pay first and insisted on tipping the guy. At least three people walked up to me and bullied me into giving the guy a tip and the guy hadn't even started polishing my nails yet. After my nails were polished the people rushed me out and my nail polish job was destroyed due to lack of letting the nails dry. The nails were so thin they ended up breaking in half within a day. This is probably by far the worst experience i have had. I normally do not write reviews and I can tolerate a lot,however i felt inclined to say something about this place to hopefully save both money and time for another person. Stay away from this place! I tried this nail salon after reading all the good reviews. The staff was very friendly, but kept telling me I wanted a pedicure which I never requested and acted bent out of shape that I didn't want one. I went in to get a gel fill and gel polish change only and told them that over the phone when I scheduled. They didn't have that many gel colors to choose from and the girl kept telling me I needed a powder (acrylic) fill, but I finally got her to agree that I needed a gel fill. I felt like she was not familiar/comfortable with the liquid gel. Most of my nails are filed crooked as well. 3 of my nails have broke since I have had them done. I am net very hard on them either and I have never had a gel nail break before and I have been getting them done for years. I am really upset over my experience. I don't have tips, just my real nails, so I am going to have to wait awhile to have them fixed correctly. read more

I was not very happy with my experience for many reasons. The gel selection I was given was minimal. Then the manicure part was about a minute on each arm with cooler water to soak my fingers in. The gel was uneven and mostly on my skin. The experience wasn't very personal either. read more

I went there to get my eyebrows waxed. I will never go there again. when I got there they told me go go to the back. I wander back that way and another person point to the room. I sat in there for 10 minutes almost ready to leave when a woman came in. she had me lay down did not put a paper cover over the pillow and you can see where someone else lied on it. I hope the person before me did not have lice. she did a fast job and then had me stand up and look in a mirror on the wall and she took off. she did not put any cooling gel on my brows and it was burning for an hour later. read more

This salon when you first go in is very friendly. I went there 4 times. The 4th time I purchased a new set of tips, not gel, just the normal set. A male tech served me, put the tips on and completed the set. I left, and in 4 days, one nail broke, I noticed at that time the nail tip and fill was very very thin. I went back to get it repaired, the girl at the first table (Kelly) said what happened, she said it's to thin, where did you get it done, I told her there a few days ago and when I went in she (this same girl) said she was busy and pointed to the male tech for me to have do my nails. She said if I don't like them she will fix it. I was not sure what she meant. She remembered me from the last few times I was there. But the day I needed a repair she was almost rude to me. She said I would have to come back later to get the nail repaired. There was only her and the male tech that was busy, no other tech was busy, they were in the back talking. I said, I can not come back so I will wait. She ignored me, I asked her is there a problem, do you not want to fix your mistakes here, she totally ignored me, so I sat down, and about 5 minutes she said go sit back there, and we will fix it. She soaked my finger for about 20 minutes, and then she came and repaired the nail. I left, and guess what? 3 days later another nail broke off, and the nail was very very thin also! I went back and the same girl said, I am to busy, you will need to come back later, I asked what time she said in 2 hours. I went back, she ignored me again. I sat there for about 15 minutes, then she said sit over there. I did, she gave me some liquid to soak my nail. In about 15 minutes another girl came over and fixed my name. She said your nails are to thin, that is why they break off like that one. I said the male tech gave me a new set less than a week ago, she asked which one, I pointed to him. I was sitting in the chair that is his table and chair, right behind the desk in the front walk in area. She did not say anything else. I asked who the owner was, she said Cindy. She also said that Kelly was the manager. I told her I was not happy with Kelly and her rude attitude. I am a Justice Court Judge for Phoenix, and I feel that this salon was not very nice and their work is very bad. They should have offered to make my nails thicker or give me a new set. I have no time to waste coming back again and again to fix there mistakes and poor work. I have had nail tips for 40 years. I have never been treated this way. Ignored, and having a tech be rude to me. I have only broken 3 nails in the past, and it was my own fault, and I have never had a set of nails that was so thin like these. They should no break this easy. After today, I will not go back to this salon until another nail breaks. This was not my fault at all!!! read more
