I showed the team my inspiration photos for my bouquet as well as the photos of all the other arrangements of the flowers for my wedding. The communication was great!! They emailed with me back and forth for a little and I never felt like they took too long. When I picked up my bouquet I was completely shocked with how similar the bouquet was compared to my flowers for the wedding already as well as how close they looked in our contract that this business set up. I absolutely LOVED my bouquet, it was the perfect size and the price was completely reasonable! The wedding was perfect and everyone kept saying how beautiful my bouquet was!! Beware! If you're ordering flowers through a national company for delivery in the Phoenix area, don't let them use this florist. They tried to deliver my flowers to the wrong house, and when no one was home at that wrong house they just LEFT. A friend ordered flowers for me via Teleflora, which passed the order to AZ Florist for fulfillment. She told me AZ Florist tried to deliver "but no one was home." We both knew that was BS; I was home recovering from surgery, so it was more likely they had gotten the wrong house. Regardless, I called AZ Florist and scheduled a redelivery for the following day. I warned them to get the right house and asked them to call me directly if they had any problems. The driver was dismissive: "I've been doing deliveries for 30 years and I am sure I can find your house." The next day, the driver AGAIN went to the wrong house. This time though, because I had made an appointment, he called me saying "I'm at your front door" (no you aren't). At least this time he didn't just go home. The flowers were a bit dilapidated after riding around in a delivery vehicle for two days. The arrangement was also not as nice as it could be. All the flower stems are the same length so it looks like someone just took grocery store flowers out of their packaging and shoved them in a vase. It's unfortunate that my friend didn't get the best value for her money. My house number is clearly visible from the street and I am easy to find on Google and Apple Maps if you follow the directions - AND I warned AZ Flowers to double check their location as they had attempted delivery at the wrong house. There really isn't any excuse for this. You'll be better off elsewhere. read more

The (FIRST) flowers that showed up looked like they had been ran over by a car, LITERALLY. The lilies, none of them, were open, in fact, they won't open, they're too young, cut too early. There were no lavender roses, or other purple flowers as shown in the picture. Doesn't matter anyway, they look ran over. I ordered the medium-sized bouquet, received the smallest bouquet, with the smallest container. A two-year-old could hold it with one hand. BEWARE - PRO FLOWERS in written English says on their website, any issues, they'll replace 100%. Ok, cool, chance at redemption...I said, DO NOT REPLACE THESE GARBAGE FLOWERS WITH AZ FLORIST, because clearly, their employees don't give a shit about providing a beautiful service of gorgeous flowers, to make someone's day. It gets better...PROFLOWERS replaced the bouquet, barely better, STILL missing flowers, and our little two-year-old...can STILL safely hold the container in one tiny little hand. First time here. I walked in and there were a few people cutting flowers in the front. I wasn't sure where to go so I asked if this was the correct place and mentioned this was my first time coming here. The workers tried their hardest to avoid having to talk to me you could tell. One worker made a comment saying it's his first time here too but he was clearly being sarcastic. Place felt uncomfortable and the interactions were awkward. I received a lovely, fresh, vase of flowers in water - IN JUNE in Phoenix with a sympathy card from my Pet Supplier (of all things (?!?) because of our recent loss of our 21-year-old dog. These flowers made my week. Kudo's to the arranger, Cristina, and AZ Flowers for a cold, fresh, bouquet of cheerfulness that helped pull a sad old lady out of the blues. P.S. They included some 'preservative' so I could change/refresh the water, put a fresh cut on the stems, and re-arrange the still living flowers exactly the way I want. I ordred directly over the phone with their customer service after emailing them a photo of what I wanted and the specific flowers requested for a funeral service. Gave address and service time for deleivery. I ordered about a month before the service. They honored the qouted price I was give via email. They told me the flowers would be deleivered 1hr prior to the service at the latest. I arrived day of service and the staff was setting them up already. They arrived prestine and on time. Little over filled with water for December so some spilled but it stayed upright during a windy outdoor service so not real complaints. While things may be expensive right now, this arrangement was exactly what we were looking for to honor are family member. I prefer to shop locally if possible and skip the 1800 Flowers option. Calling them direcltly and providing all details verbally definitly help to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. Thank you for the prompt and polite service. She took my order over the phone and called her router (who already left to do the morning deliveries) to deliver my flower arrangement. The recipient who received the flowers worked nearby so that could have been the reason for the quick delivery, nevertheless, they arrived within an hour of placing the order. The recipient sent a picture of the flowers and they were GORGEOUS just like the photo on their website, BEAUTIFUL fall arrangement called "Lovely Leaves". Update #2- the third party company SHOPPINGFLOWERS.COM is now trying to blackmail us into removing this review. They at first offered us 20% refund and I asked them what they deserved to earn the other 80% and some woman named Colbie has been reaching out to us (have no idea who she works for but says "the guys are being very stubborn and refusing to send us a refund etc.) So now I'm going to try and find the shoppingflowers.com page here on Yelp and share all of this. I've never had a company act this way. Unbelievable! Literally trying to extort us. We will be taking all of these emails to our cc company and doing a chargeback. Update #1- Arizona Family Florist, Sara reached out to me after seeing my review. She was appalled by the flowers and was never told about our issues. The problem is we went through a 3rd party seller, "Flowershopping.com" so they are the ones to blame and unfortunately this company gets the blame. Since they were apology flowers from my husband and everything was fine by now AND we are leaving town, we didn't want a new arrangement which she offered to send. We graciously declined and said we'd honestly just like a refund at this point. She said absolutely, but still wanted to go above and beyond and show us what their bouquets should look like. So she gave us credit to use directly through the store whenever my husband would like to surprise me another time! How sweet is that?! So basically make sure you call the company directly! Do NOT go through third party sellers for their flowers. I truly believe Sara never would have sent this arrangement out. And I'm glad I wrote on here so she can see what these third party sellers are awful and make her business look bad. So we are just waiting to hopefully receive our refund from the horrible 3rd party seller. Writing on my husbands behalf- Horrible service and flowers. My husband and I got in a tid bit on Thursday night. On his way to work the next morning he typed in 1800FLOWERS but just clicked on the first link which took him to this awful place and he didn't realize it. He ordered flowers at around 9am to be delivered before he got home around 6pm. He got an email between 10pm & midnight saying they would be delivered the next day. They did show up the next day, but they were wilted, none of the roses were bloomed, it was supposed to have pink and red roses and their policy states if they are out of a type of flower it will be replaced with something of equal value or greater. There was no replacement for the missing pink roses. It seemed as if my arrangement sat in a truck over night. My husband emailed them expressing his disappointment with pictures, however our pictures make the arrangement look much better than it does (brighter, larger etc) he had also paid for the Delux which is middle tier and it was around $80. That's A LOT of money to receive unbloomed and wilted flowers. And when I say unbloomed, not a single red rose was bloomed. They were just beginning to open. When he wrote them and expressed his disappointment "Ricardo" said he spoke with his florist and the florist had followed all policies and the flowers "looked healthy"which is untrue since no pink roses were replaced, the purple ones are wilted, and many of the barely bloomed roses had browns ends. And Ricardo refused to refund my husband's money. So we will be filing a dispute with our cc company. The bouquet looks absolutely nothing like the photo. We both understand it wouldn't be exact of course, but this doesn't even come close. Here's some pictures of what to expect for $80 from here. Oh and the ad says "flowershopping.com" not AZ Florist which was written on my card along with coupons, and tacky advertising. After a long day of having my hardwood floor ripped up from termite damage and it taking longer than expected, a pandemic and husband tied up late with work I was happy to know that at least I was receiving flowers for my birthday from family after all was said and done. This was the most pathetic excuse for a bouquet I've ever seen in my life. Roses have flimsy weak stems and will likely not last more than a day, a number of other stems are broken and it's the most barren, sad looking thing. Now I don't order flowers myself but dang... now I know why when there are places like this out there trying to pass this off when I now know how much they got paid for it. ETA: And to top it off the flowers are apparently the wrong color and the vase is a substitute. They had time to inform Teleflora they didn't have the supplies so another florist could get the job and chose not to. So this florist is unethical to boot. Avoid! read more

We received a lovely bouquet today from Chewy.com because our 16 year old miniature dachshund Ranger recently passed away. First, how lovely of Chewy to send the flowers. His litter mate, Scout, is still with us and I had reordered some medication and mentioned that I would like Ranger taken off of the account. Second, the bouquet was one of the nicest we have received here in Scottsdale. Three very large roses plus other flowers. The last time someone sent us flowers (from another vendor) they were left at the front gate of our community - they didn't even call to tell use they were there. A neighbor found them and brought them to us 2 days after they were sent there. Arizona Florist had no problem getting in the gate and a lovely young lady delivered the unexpected bouquet. So dissatisfied with this flower shop. On 2 occasions now, flowers that my husband sent me have not arrived on time or even close. The most recent time was the end all. On my birthday, flowers never arrived. At 9PM I received a call from an associate Rebecca explaining why she never showed because an emergency with her dog, but assuring me that the flowers would arrive 1st AM. The next day came flowers never arrived. I began calling her and she never answered my call. Finally on the way home 4:30pm she answers and proceeds to tell me I am still on her route. I said absolutely not, 1st off I am no longer at work and won't be back but also do not want 2 day old flowers. She was extremely rude and said well you never called me back to say you would be there! I told her I didn't need to call you back your message assured me you would be back 1st am. Then she stated "what would you like a refund"? I said yes absolutely, she said fine we will do that and then hung up as I was asking what company she works for. It's October 20th, the day before my 20th Wedding Anniversary! I receive a floral delivery in what appears to be a ceramic pumpkin. I love flowers and always happy to receive them. I immediately thought how nice to have a keep sake! To my surprise there was no top to the pumpkin, as advertised online. When I inquired about the top, I was told the vendor (not the word the salesperson used) does not provide tops to the pumpkins anymore. If that's the case, don't advertise that arrangement. It's misleading -- false advertisement. No call to the person who ordered, nor the recipient not to expect a top to the pumpkin! If you want tacky service and incomplete orders, Arizona Florist is your go to! My delivery dampened my celebration! I expected more and will get more, by taking my business elsewhere. Received these flowers at my apartment office looking beautiful! After pestering my SO, I found out that these were ordered through Teleflora online and Arizona Florist ended up filling this order. This arrangement turned out to look even better than it did on the website! I was very happy & pleased. This one is a combination of orchids (my fave), lillies, bamboo, & the exotic orange flower in the middle (not sure of the name!). This is how it looked on day 1 & I'll make sure to post an updated photo once the orchids & lillies have bloomed. The Flower arraignments (2) that I received yesterday afternoon were not acceptable! There were only 4 red roses in the one and the end of each rose pedal was wilted. The little green mums were broken so were the red little carnations. The greens that were in this arrangement were bug bitten and had brown spots on the levees. I would not have put this on my dinner table. I assume that there was about 5 Dollars' worth of flowers in this arrangement. I called this morning and they said they would send out a different arraignment today. I also received another flower arrangement at the same time and it was not that great as well. For the amount of money that my Mother spent on these arraignments was not worth the effort and the amount that she spent on them!! Very unhappy customer. I had a bridal shower for my daughter on July 24, 2021. I ordered 6 centerpieces online from one of those big floral companies. I wanted the shower to be really special so I spent a long time picking out what I wanted. When the flowers were delivered on Friday I literally almost started crying. I had spent A LOT of money (at least to me) on centerpieces and what I got was NOTHING like what was in the pictures. I reached out to Sara and she wanted to help. She asked what I was looking for so I sent her a picture of a table setting and she went from there. She made 6 brand new centerpieces that were absolutely perfect and gorgeous and had them sent before 5pm on Friday - the day before the shower. You have no idea how happy I was and so relieved Sara didn't have to do any of this and she did AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO ME!!! When I called the flower company to complain the only solution they offered was 50% off and I was still stuck with centerpieces that didn't go at all with my decor. Btw- still waiting for that refund!! Here's what I found out when you order from one of those large "famous" flower delivery shops...they assign your order to a local florist with a "recipe card." In this case the recipe did NOT match the flowers I ordered. The big company didn't specify the colors I needed and they allow for substitutions so you are never guaranteed what you see in the picture...this was news to me!! I will forever order flowers locally and if you need to order something call a florist directly! My suggestion is calling Sara at https://azflorist.com/!! She designed the centerpieces around the personalized placemats I sent her and as you can see they were gorgeous!!! Thanks again Sara! The shower would never had been the same if you hadn't cared! My boyfriend ordered the DELUXE bouquet and although he was disappointed by it upon delivery (pic attached from 2/13 and today 2/18). I assured him the lilies would bloom and it would be gorgeous. The lilies are just starting to bloom now, 5 days later (delivered the 2/13), and everything else Is dying. I never got the experience of the DELUXE bouquet. We all know how expensive flowers are during Valentine's. He contacted "for you flowers" where he ordered them, and they provided a $16 refund. UNSATISFACTORY.
