I likely will be switching to my wife's doctor (whom I know - she often is one of the Phoenix 'top docs'), but this office seemed OK.

Once they heard she didn't have insurance, they immediately treated her like she couldn't afford anything (guess they missed her Louis Vuitton purse) and told her to go to St. Vincent De Paul's free medical centre, which is basically for the indigent. They automatically assumed we couldn't pay for the care, and no care did they give. We were told when we made the appointment the residents had full prescriptive powers, but when she got there they told her they have a whole class of medicines they never prescribe... ever... People like these doctors should not be allowed to practice medicine on cadavers, let alone patients. My mother's addendum: They made me feel like the medication was too expensive and I was just going to die.

I rarely get to see my NP, but one of two others are usually assigned. The staff are always courteous and patient. No pun intended. So far my ailments had always been diagnosed and treated properly and the correct medications had always been prescribed. Emails to my primary were always responded to. I like the fact I can always ask for a renewed prescription without physically going to an appointment. There is one thing I'm not too happy with. After I had my labs done, I'm not always contacted with the results or not contacted in a timely manner. There's room for improvement and overall I'm happy with this clinic!

I was shocked by how's many poor reviews existed either on the clinics billing practices or even the doctors themselves. Dr. Joseph Seelbaugh, MD was my first choice and fortunately he had an opening for an appointment fairly quickly. I prefer younger doctors who still have a passion for their chosen profession. Another plus was that he graduated from the local, well respected, University of Arizona Med School. He was everything I was looking for in a Primary Care Provider. He was friendly, knowledgeable, through, informative, and willing to patiently answer any of my questions. I also want to add that the other members of the clinic's staff were excellent. This was true from the helpful receptionist to the friendly nurse and even included the skilled phlebotomist that took a blood sample for routine tests.

After receiving irregular lab results, having a history of passing out and several visits pertaining to these symptoms the doctors at this clinic thought I'd be fine to leave me for a long weekend without any treatment. After a long weekend of passing out, tremors, facial swelling etc. I got an emergency appointment to come back in to get things under control. However, when I got to the clinic they had no record of my appointment. I told them how serious it was and they got me in, but not without giving me an attitude as if I was inconveniencing them. As I waited over 30 minutes to be seen I watched a nurse who was supposed to be COVID screening push garbage into a waste can with her hand then proceed to touch everything at her station without sanitizing her hands. When I finally was seen by the doctor he had the nerve to jump onto the counter to sit (like a child) while going over my medical history, and then cut me off so I couldn't explain to him why I wa I have never been so disrespected, disappointed and surrounded by ineptitude.

For what it's worth, another provider I used at this Banner Health complex has a different-sounding call system but is practically unreachable too.
