The guy on the phone was extremely nice, I could tell he genuinely cared and I felt bad for my mistake but the customer server was so gracious the whole time. We need more companies like this, personable and human and professional.

**Four Rides, One Luggage Tetris Disaster, and a Wheelbase Lecture**…read more We used this company four times between June 11 and June 21. The first three rides were good. The fourth ride, followed by the company's defensive and condescending response, earned the two stars. For our final transfer from the Seattle Marriott Waterfront to SEA, there were two passengers returning from an eight day cruise. The company had already transported us from the airport, to the cruise pier, and back from the pier. Our luggage needs were therefore not exactly a mystery. Before the reservation was confirmed, I requested Navneet, who had driven us previously in a larger and more comfortable vehicle. That request was never acknowledged. Instead, the company sent a BMW i5. They later provided a detailed explanation that it qualifies as a standard sedan because its 118 inch wheelbase exceeds Washington's minimum requirement by four inches. Congratulations on the wheelbase. Unfortunately, those extra four inches did not provide enough luggage capacity. The driver placed bags in the front passenger seat, obstructing the passenger side window and potentially limiting visibility of the mirror. She then complained about the luggage during the ride, as though two people returning from an eight day cruise had committed some shocking act by bringing suitcases. The company repeatedly states that safety is its highest priority. It was not the highest priority during our ride. Once it became clear that the luggage did not fit safely, the appropriate response would have been to stop, arrange a more suitable vehicle, or find another safe solution. Instead, the luggage was stacked in the front seat and the trip continued. The company continues to focus on the fact that we reserved a sedan for two passengers. Apparently, confirming the number of passengers also confirms that they will be traveling without luggage. Their response stated that "facts matter," so here are the facts they continue to avoid: The vehicle did not have enough room for the luggage. The bags were placed where they obstructed the passenger side window and may have limited visibility of the mirror. The driver complained about the luggage. The trip continued anyway. They also wrote that "expectations and requirements do not always walk the same path." That may sound impressive in a management seminar, but it does not explain why luggage was stacked where it could interfere with the driver's visibility. This was never about demanding a complimentary upgrade or expecting a specific chauffeur. It was about sending a vehicle capable of safely carrying two passengers and their known luggage. Instead, the company's position appears to be that because the vehicle technically met the definition of a sedan, everything that happened afterward was acceptable. Minimum compliance is not the same as safe, thoughtful, or professional service. The first three rides were good. The final ride was poorly planned, uncomfortable, and potentially unsafe. The response afterward was a master class in defending technical compliance while avoiding the actual problem. Their priority seems to be winning an argument rather than understanding why a customer felt unsafe. Two stars remain generous. One for the first three rides and one for the four inch wheelbase surplus that apparently mattered more than unobstructed visibility.

Looked super legit from the reviews, so we figured give it a shot. I gotta say, we weren't disappointed, came right on time. The car was super clean inside, didn't smell like some weird food that the driver had been eating, like has happened to me in an Uber. The driver was super polite, didn't try to make conversation, as we were talking amongst ourselves. Overall great experience. If you're looking to upgrade and know exactly what you're getting yourself into, I would highly suggest this car service over something like Uber, a cab, or that one with the pink mustache.

I recommend calling, you might have to call a few times to get through, but be persistent. Once a reservation is made, you should get an email confirmation right away. We thought we would give this business an opportunity. We booked and paid for a Cadillac Escalade for 2 with 4 large luggage pieces and 2 backpacks as we were headed out of the country for a few weeks. 15-minutes before pickup we received a call from the owner of the company telling us the Escalade was being repaired and a transit van was picking us up. At the time the driver was supposed to be at our doorstep, they called and told us they were running late because they had to fill up the vehicle with gas. They were 15 minutes late arriving. When we opened the front door to haul our own luggage out with barely any help, noticed it was a panel/passenger van that had the most unprofessional and ugly Space / Cosmic wrap around it. Definitely not the beginning we thought we paid for to start our luxury vacation. The driver nonstop talked the entire drive to the airport. I am not kidding when I say they barely stopped to take a breath. We got to hear a lot of personal life stories which certainly don't mind a personable experience, but it was definitely TMI. Then there was the jumping off the offramp to skirt ahead of slower traffic only to jump back on the on-ramp after the overpass, speeding with a near miss. We took our own luggage out of the van ourselves with the driver joking, with gratuity in hand, that they have learned to not rush to the luggage because most male customers would pull the luggage out themselves. Nice. A few weeks later, it was the night before our international flight home. We are nine hours ahead in London at our hotel, in bed, getting ready to sleep. We receive an E-MAIL (not text or call) from this company, office receptionist, that they are unable to pick us up the following day. We are literally overseas the night before our morning departure without a lot of time to find another service. The office clerk who emailed wanted to know if we wanted a refund or to leave a credit with Semperfi for future use?! They also indicated that they had "tried to find a driver" but were unsuccessful. If anyone has been stuck overseas in a different time zone, hours before their flight back home without a service to pick them up, they will understand the complete frustration and unprofessional service by this organization. At a very minimum Semper Fi, should've contracted with Uber to send us home from the airport. Stay away from this company, for us they were unprofessional, unreliable and did not deliver. Oh, one final concern is that the driver bad mouthed our other transportation service and gloated how great they were. Truthfully, and in the future, we would rather use Uber Black, or another personal chauffeur service. That night, when we thought we were stranded in London, we contacted our former transportation, chauffeur service, and without hesitation, they agreed to pick us up the following morning, thank goodness!
