They were booked out but I was happy to wait for great service. The guys came today to do the insulation, I live in an older Scottsdale home and needed to get some efficiency for the AC unit. They called when they were 30 mins out, were super polite and helpful, I had a couple of issues which he gave me options on what to do. They were in and out in about an hour and a half, super clean not a drop of insulation in sight and the difference in how hard my AC is working is night and day. called to get an insulation bid as all they do is insulation. everyone else seemed to do hvac and heating as well. within 10 days, the were blowing insulation in the attic. Three years ago I purchased a 1952 home that desperately needed attic insulation but many other things were on the must do list1st. I really shopped, compared and researched. I decided to go with Az Pride and on June 4th they did a great job, very clean and punctual. When we replaced the soffit vents a week after they did the insulation, all the baffles were were perfectly in place. I had hoped to see my utility bill drop dramatically (it did go down $20 in June) but very little in July and none in August. I called APS in September and told them I thought they needed to check my meter because I should have a lower bill because of the insulation. The APS lady kinda laughed and said it was hotter than last year and it was 3 days longer in the month and everyone else is being hit with a much higher bill and yours is the same. So ... I realized the insulation was making a huge difference. Now we're almost to December and the house is definitely holding temperature way better than the past 3 winters.
