They were very professional throughout the whole process - from initial phone consult to onsite visit to scheduling the job and then doing the work. Armando has strong expertise. I had minimal insulation in the attic to begin with, we discussed R38 vs going higher and he offered advice, rather than trying to sell me on doing more. In the end I wanted to go up to R49.
