They popped in every 20 minutes or so, but they mostly kept their distance to allow us to sit on and discuss all of the different furniture. -Different ways to get your furniture. They don't offer delivery themselves, but they have a company they suggest using and all the details about how to use it. They have show models you can take home that day and other options you have to order in and wait for. Good options. -Good clearance selection. It's definitely a hodgepodge of stuff, but it's a CHEAP hodgepodge of stuff. They have lamps, chairs, couches, gazebos, auto parts (?), and more. It's a whole bunch of random stuff. CONS: -I'd love to see their pick-up hours extended for out-of-towners. They close pick-up at 6pm, and we weren't able to make it out of work and make the drive to get there by 6pm (traffic at rush hour is intense!). We paid in full, over $5700, using our credit card and were told our order would be delivered in 6-8 weeks. On 5/25, after contacting them several times and being told they had no idea where in the process our order was, we contacted Bassett directly and were told 1) our order was not even placed until 3/30 and 2) our order was not even in production yet. We were assured by Shauna at that time that if we did not cancel the order with them that we would have it in June. On 6/28, my husband went to the store and was told, again by Shauna, that they did not have the order but they could surely have it in July. Also, that they are moving, which was evident by the appearance of the showroom, but couldn't give out a forwarding address yet. He asked then that the order be cancelled and we be given a full refund. We will see if this company has any integrity, and returns our money after this debacle.

We purchased two couches and two ottomans. We weren't sure about purchasing these items due to…read moretheir, "All sales are final_No refunds" policy and not knowing how long it would take to receive the furniture. The salesman repeatedly told us, "I wouldn't lie to you" and "you have my word" in regards to being able to cancel the order despite their store policy. He even wrote, "has word" next to the policy on the invoice statement. After asking to cancel just one of the ottomans 3 months later it turns out that they would lie to you and that their word doesn't mean a thing. We were instead given excuses about why we couldn't get our money back and they couldn't understand why lying to their customers to make a sale was bad for business. They don't deserve anyone's business.
