Customer service and maintenance is horrible at the Tucson location.
We bought a beautiful, brand new 2022 Evolution cart from the Tucson location; it was delivered the next day with mechanical and structural issues; missing keys and blue-tooth mic clip.
The day after is was delivered, I attempted to start the cart; the key would not engage the start mode. The entire switch rotated around its space and then, the ignition switch and key fell into the dash. I had to remove the dash to retrieve the ignition switch and the key.
Next, the windshield would not raise up as the upper frame of the cart was not together correctly. The upper frame was attached cock-eyed; not flush to the attached frame, not allowing the shield to raise freely on one side without prying the canopy upward for clearance.
The long, front rearview mirror was not attached correctly; there are missing screws. While driving, the mirror shakes so badly, it is useless.
The cart is supposed to be street legal but without working turn signals, I don't think so. Yes, the turning signals do not work. No telling what other issues the cart may have as I have put the cart into the garage and it has been there unused for the past nine days.
I texted Akua, from the Tucson location about all the issues and she said she would be at our to fix it at 9:00 the next day. Akua was a no-show and a no-call. The no-show and no-calls went on a couple more times until I got fed up.
My husband and I both have called the Tucson location, left voice-mails, and texted may, may times with no responses.
Finally, today, I contacted the Scottsdale office. Heidi (a very helpful and apologetic person) got in touch with the owner Scott Stallard. I am supposed to have service today by noon. We shall see...I did tell Akua that I want all issues fixed today or I will cancel my payment and they can take back their golf cart.
I will follow up if and when a positive conclusion is reached.

On November 5th:
Akua came out to fix the issues.
Akua said the cart's hood was defective and a new one was to be ordered.
Akua said the windshield, ignition switch, turn signals and the long overhead rearview mirror are now fixed.
After Akua left, I started the cart and the backup camera no longer worked. As I drove the cart down the street, the screws she put in to hold the long rearview mirror, fell out.
As I drove along, the windshield shakes to the point there is a loud rattle; it is missing two parts.
The acceleration is now very slow to start.
I texted Akua right away to let her know of the additional issues. She stated she would be back on the following Monday or Tuesday.
On November 8th:
I texted her to see when she was coming back to fix the issues. Akua texted, the roof was ordered and we would be her first appointment the next day. That was two days ago and although I have texted and called her, she has not answered my calls, responded to my voicemail or text messages.
On November 9th:
I've had enough... I called my credit card company to dispute their charge. My credit card company is now in charge of this issue. read more
