No. But take a drive up and down Main Street and find one that is. I used (and was abused by) no fewer than three service companies along Main Street before I found AZ RV Supercenter. One company (just to the east of them) repaired my generator to gas tank connection only to leave me stranded just hours later leaking gas in a Costco parking lot. One charged me so much for minor repairs I had to take out a second mortgage on my home and get a part time job. Is it sometimes hard to get a hold of the service department? Yes. Are they always exactly on time to complete the work? No. But the mechanical world of RV's and coaches is as unpredictable as any industry and the more thorough they are, the more time it takes to handle concerns. The more time it takes to handle my concern, the more your concern is pushed out into the future and vice versa. Above all those things I want honesty and fair pricing. I get that with these guys. I've learned to give RV service people a wide berth. I give 7-10 days longer for repairs than what I think I should allot and I have never been disappointed. I don't drop off my rig the week leading up to a holiday and I don't make unrealistic demands. I want them to be thorough and if, as is often the case, they find something wrong that wasn't part of the original issue I want it addressed for safety and peace of mind. Anna Marie runs the service department. You will recognize her as the one who gets things done. Nobody busts their butt more than that woman and it would be wise if you brought her flowers and/or chocolates routinely because she is so valuable to the process. Once, while at NASCAR, we blew a water pump on day one and had no idea what to do, so I called Anna Marie. She just happened to have a mobile unit working NASCAR and (although they were booked) within an hour she had the guy installing a new one in my rig. I expected to pay standard NASCAR gouging fees for the new water pump and they charged me what they would have charged if I would have brought it in to the shop. How's that for service? I have yet to deal with anyone who provides more honest service with similar pricing and I've been to a large handful over the years. Thank you Anna Marie and crew!

My experience with Rowley White RV has been extremely disappointing, particularly regarding the…read moreworkmanship on my shower and the way the service manager handled my concerns. Rowley White was paid to repair and reseal the shower after a significant water leak. However, the shower began leaking again. After reviewing the caulking more closely, the workmanship appeared unacceptable. Areas had little or no caulk, there were large gaps, and it appeared that old, yellowed caulk had not been properly removed before new caulk was applied over it. See attached photos Instead of taking responsibility and professionally addressing these concerns, the service manager, Jeremy Solaro, became rude and dismissive. During a recorded conversation, he stated that he was "done with me" and was "not going to do this anymore." When I requested that the repair be handled at their Phoenix location because of the travel burden and my increasingly negative interactions with him, I was told, "It has to be done here." I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the work that had already been paid for to be completed correctly and the recurring leak properly investigated. Rather than focusing on resolving the workmanship issues, management appeared more concerned with defending the repair and blaming maintenance. Most concerning, after I called the dealership out regarding the poor workmanship and continued to request accountability, I was informed that I was banned from returning as a customer. A dealership should stand behind its work, treat customers respectfully, and correct legitimate workmanship concerns. Customers should not be punished or banned for questioning repairs that appear incomplete or improperly performed. Based on my experience with both the shower repair and the treatment I received from management, I cannot recommend Rowley White RV.

Rowley White RV - Phoenix, AZ…read more I dropped off my brand‑new Genesis Supreme fifth wheel at Rowley White RV on February 22 for a scheduled warranty appointment. The main issue was a water leak near the steps, which I documented and sent to them. Despite having my RV for over five weeks, they admitted via text that they hadn't touched the leak for more than three weeks because they were "waiting on backsplash tiles." I repeatedly told them the backsplash wasn't damaged and that I was leaving the state soon -- yet they delayed the repair anyway. When I finally picked up the RV, they told me it had been quality‑checked and that the leak was fixed. Within hours of plugging it in at my new home in Texas, the same area was leaking again. The repair was poorly done, as shown in my photos -- sealant smeared around fittings, loose clamps, and mismatched parts. When I contacted them, the response was simply, "Oh no, what do you want me to do?" -- no accountability, no apology, no solution. To make matters worse: * Two rear lights were left on, draining my truck battery overnight. * The gray tank valve was left open. * The awning fabric now looks damaged, though it wasn't before. * The faucet they were supposed to fix is still broken. This was my first fifth wheel, purchased new and used only four times. I trusted Rowley White RV to stand behind their product and warranty. Instead, I received delays, poor workmanship, and dismissive communication. The repair estimate even shows they were paid for the leak repair -- yet the leak remains. If you're considering service or warranty work here, document everything and inspect every inch before leaving the lot. My experience was unprofessional from start to finish.

We worked with John R in sales and found him to be very good at communicating with us as well as negotiating a fair price to match the price of an out of state dealer. We knew we wanted to stay close to home because something is certain to go wrong and we know that you get priority service if you need repairs when you buy local. We scheduled a pick up date and they had the trailer ready, and even helped us choose and set up our new hitch and gave us some advice on towing. Gabe and his guys in service have also been great. We have had to take it in twice and they got us in and back out quickly. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that the floor was impossibly dirty when we picked it up. I have mopped it at least 20 times at the time of this writing and we may finally have it all clean. (The trailer was on the back lot and no doubt had a lot of dirty and greasy shoes walking in an out while it was out for sale).

They have a very efficient web site system where you schedule When you want to pick up your RV and they perform a list of checks, fill your water tank and turn your refrigerator and freezer on so by the time you pick it up, everything is good to go. It will be parked in the parking lot with electricity and you can Load up and head out. It is gated and secure as well. When you get back from your trip you park it, plug it in and empty your stuff and you're good to go!

HOWEVER,  Velocity Truck Centers' repair work was overpriced and most of the charges not covered by extended warranty.  Example:  1.7 Hours to diagnose a leak, 2.2 Hours to Remove and Repair, and 1 Hour Access.  (Total:  $1,219.40)  WOW, that doesn't include the part!  The location of the repair was at the rear of the coach, top of rack support, removing a few screws.  Extended warranty company paid for 2 Hours.  (Total:  $250.00).  We had to pay $869.40 because neither company would budge and we needed our coach back to get to a commitment. Note:  We took our RV there due to an Engine Light on and they work on Freightliners.  While we had it there they recommended to perform PM.
