Took my car to them to install a widebody kit & a wrap on my Jeep Trackhawk. Before we had agreed on this project I sent them a video on how the bodykit had to be installed & also tried to do a 3 way video call with someone that had already installed the bodykit so they could guide them through the process of installing it & he told me "No bro, theres no need for that. We know what we are doing. " Before they started, I told them the widebodykit needed a lot of bodywork, and they were so confident that they could get it done. He said you are only paying for the installation & the wrap, I will take care of everything else. They wrapped all the parts before even test fitting. he told me, "I treat every car like if it was my car." At the end, my car ended up with horrible gaps on the front bumper & all around. Fender flares started falling off because they didn't put 3M glue & they used cheap double-sided tape to hold all the fendee flares. Everything is misaligned. They didn't sand anything down so it could sit flush. Weather striping is falling off from the roof of my car. My wrap is shrinking because they put too much tension on it. My trunk doesn't open all the way anymore because it's making contact with the rear bumper. They also didn't reinstall my engine shield that goes under the car, which has vents that produce airflow to my brakes, so now when I brake my car overheats because there's no airflow. Not only did they do a horrible job. They also created a safety hazard for me and my vehicle. The customer service was horrible. The loaner car that was given to me was only given to me with 3 miles on the tank. When I made it to the gas station with 0 on the tank & it mechanical problems. I had to go out of my way to do an oil change for it. They took the loaner car from me a week or 2 before my car was given to me knowing I needed a car to get to work and only gave me 1 day in advanced to figure it out on how to get another car/rental. My car was left with them for 6 weeks, and this is how they turned it in to me. At first, I agreed to take it elsewhere to get my front bumper fixed by someone else because they said they tried everything they could & and didn't want to deal with it anymore. I spoke to multiple bodyshops, and they told me the front bumper can't be fixed without re-doing everything because once the bumper gets centered correctly, everything needs to be realigned. I asked again if they could fix everything, and they still refused to fix the front bumper. I asked if they could reimburse me my money back or a portion of it so I could fix the damages & things they couldn't fix, and I just got ignored now. All I'm saying is, think twice before you take your car to them. Wouldn't want anyone else to deal with this nightmare I have to go through right now. Also, when the process began I told them if they can please not post any progress pictures/videos with color of my car until it was finished because I wanted the color reveal to be a surprise till it was finished and as soon as they started wrapping it, they ignored me and started posting stories & videos of the color. Trust me, they don't care about their customers like they make it seem. Stay away from this shop! read more

I had my 2024 Porsche gt3 rs taken here for a full ppf wrap, the owner Arthur was super excited to do this car, we worked out a price for the total work, the work was supposed to take 2 to 3 days maybe four instead it took two weeks . Every time there was an issue with something ...I got the car back late and everything looked good except some of the replaced logo stickers that was on there just fell off after couple days when washing it and then some of the letterings on this car that sits in the rear wing was never done. He said I have to find the right material and I will come out and fix it , not a problem. Months go by and I keep reminding him that I want to get it done because I paid $800 extra for that . Month after month he kept pushing me off by saying yes we looking at materials yes it's coming next week. It's the wrong material. I'm looking for something else after six months. I had another vehicle that I want to PPF same thing , he finished a car to 90% and then tells me oh I cannot PPF the fenders yet because the paint is too fresh and the same thing with the grill, this time he had my car for over two months and it was every time there was a story about why it was taking so long until I had to threaten with legal actions and then the car got done. He told me do not worry I will come and fix everything for you. The paint just need to cure after a month. I reminded him again and again now I told him now you owe me two jobs that you are not finished now after almost a year waiting for the Porsche to be finished. I told him I no longer need this. I don't need this work anymore and now he says well now I got the material and I'm just laughing. I told him just reimburse me for the amount I had to pay for it for the job who never get done and please also reimburse me for the work that you never finished on the truck and now he goes dead silent., the work they do is OK , not the best but he will hustle you and it's extremely important for him to get paid everything right away and then leaves left over work here and there and tells you it has very good warranty but will never fix anything. I've been on him for a year and he refuses to do anything. Will never go back. He's so polite on phone with all the excuses but never follows up with any warranty work. read more

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with AZ Wraps that I feel compelled to share. My first issue arose during the payment process. Instead of the standard half payment upfront and half upon completion, I was REQUIRED to pay the full amount upfront. This felt very suspicious and unprofessional, as it placed the burden of their internal cash flow issues on me, the customer. It's concerning that a business owner would prioritize their workers' rent over the trust and convenience expected by their customers. To add to my frustration, my second visit to AZ Wraps was equally problematic. I went in to have my headlight tint removed, and one of the employees carelessly put my keys on the front windshield, assuring me everything was fine. However, when everything was done I was told everything's good to go so I drove away, the keys went flying somewhere on the road. I ended up shutting my car off only to FIND MYSELF KEYLESS FOR A WEEK., which prevented me from getting to work or using my vehicle. Sure they payed me back for the key but I was left with over $400 in uber payments in order to get to where I needed to get too. This whole experience was very frustrating and unprofessional. This series of unfortunate events has left me questioning the professionalism and reliability of AZ Wraps.
