The most surprising part was that after I agreed to their revised quote, they suddenly refused to serve me, called me "out of control," and asked me to leave. I remained calm throughout the conversation and left without creating any disturbance. Customers have every right to ask about the product they are buying. Unfortunately, I found the customer service unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking transparency.

Also, I can get the clear view from the inside of my car which is great. My car mirror automatically adjust color already so I was worried what I can't see my side mirror reflection but it's clear as you see. The reason why I choose this shop is the skillset. The tints of the windows are very neat even though I'm not an expert. I'm glad that I found this place on Yelp! For your reference, my car is Volvo XC90.

Everything was fitted cleanly and solidly--no shortcuts, no sloppy work. They replaced my muffler and repaired the damaged section from the theft in just a little over an hour, which honestly exceeded my expectations. In connection with a planned 2000 mile trip, I took the SUV to my long-time mechanic, Ise Automotive, in Los Feliz. When I picked up the car, I was told that there was something "odd" about the Michelin tires on the vehicle and that I should have them checked out by a tire expert. He recommended American Tire Centers, with whom he'd done business for decades. I was skeptical, as I'd put very few miles on the tires, but nevertheless called American to determine when I might have them inspected. Vahe ("Vic") said I could bring in the vehicle the same afternoon. When I arrived, the lot was filled with cars under some stage of repair or replacement. Nevertheless, Vic turned immediately to examining my Michelin tires. To my untutored eye, they looked pristine. However, after completing his inspection, Vic said that due to their age, the rubber was separating from the material beneath. This, he told me, is why tire warranties are valid for a maximum number of Miles (usually 50,000) OR time period (in this case, five years). It was clear I was going to have to replace the tires. The question, then, was "With what?" At the age of 80, I am a "careful" consumer. When I'm teeing up to buy a product or to commission a service, I do my homework. In this case, however, it had largely been done for me. Paired with a string of online recommendations attesting to the honesty of the shop, I also had absolute confidence in my mechanic of several decades, who had sent me to Vic with his endorsement. I purchased a set of four new Michelins. Vic said he'd do an alignment only if it were necessary. The next morning (less than 24 hours after I'd been advised by my mechanic to have an expert inspect the tires), the car was ready for pickup. Vic told me to bring it back for inspection when I returned from my trip. Conclusion: I could not have been happier or more impressed with the treatment accorded me by Vic and his colleagues. They were professional, prompt and, I believe, honest in their pricing. Based upon my experience, I've no hesitancy in recommending them without reservation.

I highly recommend! It is rare for me to give 5 stars. New 2012 car. Limo tint back, light tint front. Tint is perfect! I think price was $140 (including $20 extra for limo tint)-3 months ago. I love my car even more now. I am a automobile enthusiast, "DIY" guy and enjoy doing subtle mods. I don't think tinting is worth the trouble and money for a "DIY". I am anal about the slightest imperfections. While waiting with apprehensions, it made me feel a little better that owner David was supervising and inspecting when necessary. Just called and got a rude response to all my questions over the phone. I asked about the dot matrix for my BMW and the guy on the phone sounded like he didn't know what I was talking about. Then after he tried to make fun of me on the phone and said your car doesn't even have that many dots! I then asked him about a possible discount if I brought in three cars! He laughed at me and said go somewhere else buddy I don't have time for you. Overall they may do a great tint job but the customer service is horrible! Great communication and a solid shop overall. I had a dash cam installed on a family car, and everything went smoothly. The install was done in just a couple of hours, which made it easy to kill time nearby -- I ran errands at a Korean grocery store and grabbed a bite at a nearby restaurant while I waited. They offer several tint options ranging from basic Xpel film to ceramic. There's also a waiting area with chairs and TV so you can wait there, or you can leave your car and come back. I think that walk ins are accepted but remember it takes about 2 hours so you can't just show up right before they close. I got XPEL PLUS since I've noticed skin reacted from sunlight so I had some condition for a while. I could get the doctor's note but I'd like to try XPEL PLUS 70% first if it's really from the direct sunlight. Then, my condition got better after the tint. I was hesitated to go with XPEL PLUS since a lot of people mentioned the bluish color of that specific product doesn't match with the back windows. However, the color doesn't bother me. Also, I can get the clear view from the inside of my car which is great. My car mirror automatically adjust color already so I was worried what I can't see my side mirror reflection but it's clear as you see. The reason why I choose this shop is the skillset. The tints of the windows are very neat even though I'm not an expert. I'm glad that I found this place on Yelp! For your reference, my car is Volvo XC90.
