The location seems to have a high turnover, so I've had several different technicians over time. I got the VIP package which includes under arms and legs. I do love how convenient the appointments are and I've gotten great results. Being able to visit any location and get touch-ups whenever I want. I didnt like the payment structure. They show you the monthly cost vs the total cost of the procedure. It just felt misleading. I do hope they stay open indefinitely so I can use the unlimited benefit for touch ups.

Apart from that the difference is not noticeable. I knew it would be subtle but it's near impossible to see a difference. You WILL wait for 45-60 minutes past your appointment time. Ironically, you will get reminder texts every day the week before the appointment threatening a $25 fee if you miss the appointment. (You get nothing when they waste your time, though.) They will not care, and you will NOT get a response to your phone inquiries at all. It's a shame. They used to be good.

The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, and the injector showed no care or compassion during the procedure. What shocked me the most is that I was not offered any numbing or comfort options at all. The procedure was extremely painful, and no one made any effort to make me feel comfortable or explain what they were doing. I came in as a paying client and was treated as if I was getting a free service. This is not okay. When you pay this amount of money, you expect respect, professionalism, and basic care.
