You WILL wait for 45-60 minutes past your appointment time. Ironically, you will get reminder texts every day the week before the appointment threatening a $25 fee if you miss the appointment. (You get nothing when they waste your time, though.) They will not care, and you will NOT get a response to your phone inquiries at all. It's a shame. They used to be good.

The doctor is dismissive and lacks the ability to be transparent. I'm not sure why my dr referred me to a cosmetic and general dermatologist when my issue is not cosmetic or general. Rather advising me to a different speciality more equipped for my condition, she performed a procedure more evasive than what is standard led in diagnosing my suspected condition. Doctor provided no after care instructions for my procedure, and the nursing assistant sent a prescription to the wrong pharmacy than I had provided. Turning a 3 minute drive to pick up into a 20 minute drive. I canceled my follow up appointment and a receptionist called to schedule a follow up and proceeded to talk over me, hence the reason I would not suggest this office to a family member. They are unprofessional and don't take the care of every patient into consideration.

We will unfortunately be looking elsewhere for our Dermatologic care.

I've had the worst skin of my life this past year. It's so frustrating that I'm 40 and I'm still dealing with bad skin! Dr. Davila understands my frustration and wants to help me get my nice complexion back. He has been very empathetic, patient and understanding. I really like the staff at Southeast Dermatology too. Ashley has always been so sweet and helpful anytime I called about a prescription. She responds to her voice messages quickly, usually within 24 hours. Meranda is friendly and helpful as well. I had a spot on my arm that I was concerned about. I already had an appointment scheduled weeks away but she helped me find an earlier appointment which I appreciate so much! I am a redhead with ultra-fair skin so I have to be very proactive about any suspicious spots! I had to get a biopsy yesterday. Dr. Davila was so gentle that I literally barely felt it! And he actually scraped a piece of my skin off. It didn't hurt at all! That's impressive. If you are looking for a dermatologist in the Pasadena area, Dr. Davila is a great choice!
