I've been here multiple times to purchase my glasses…read more Time sure flies I usually get my eyes checked annually but since having kids I've lost track of time and apparently 4 years later I haven't been seen by my eye doctor. Since staring a new position at work I'm constantly looking at a computer screen and I've noticed some vision changes. I called 3 weeks ago and they gave me the earliest date and time. Arrived today about 7mins before they officially opened at 8am. They have self check in kiosks for both Fog Remington and Insight Vision Center. Easy to use they provide the instructions in English and in Spanish. You simply provide your information, Scan your DL and they also ask for a payment card. The waiting room is a good size and has many seats. The ladies at the front counter are nice. Noticed that people do try to check in with them but they would redirect them to the self service kiosks. I was called back about 10mins later. Dr.Lu is my doctor she's kind and knowledgeable, listened my concerns. My appointment as a whole lasted about 30mins. The place is clean and everyone was friendly.

I wore contacts for over 25 years. I finally decided to have lasik done and I'm so glad I did. The…read moreprocess was easy. Got in for my initial consultation quickly. Dr. Bishop answered all of my questions. I felt he was knowledgeable and honest, not pushing any particular opinion on me. There was a question about what was best for one of my eyes due to the thickness of my cornea and some scar tissue. He laid out a plan which could require him to do two surgeries (without extra cost) but more healing time and discomfort. Everything worked out and a second surgery was not needed. I felt he really does have his patients best interest in mind. One of my eyes took a bit longer to reach 20/20 but Dr. Bishop reassured me and had me come in for periodic checkups and noted that it may just need more healing time. Sure enough, after about 6-7 weeks I was seeing better than 20/20 in both eyes. I'm now a little over 2 months out and the only issue now is that I see starbursts at night around lights. It has gotten way better since the surgery and I do still see improvement every week. I'm told that it could take up to 6 months for this to go away. But even with the minor starbursts, I still see super clear at night. If you are thinking about lasik, I'd recommend Dr. Bishop and his office.
