Extremely happy but I totally regret not taking before and after pictures of my kitchen and dining room floors. The grout was seriously dirty and actually looked brown. I was impressed by the job they did from the moment I made the call, explained what I needed, making the appt, and the finished result! It couldn't have worked out better!The cleaning service came out and completely cleaned the living, dining, kitchen and 2 bathroom areas! When they left, the place looked better than when I first moved in! The carpet service came early, and did the upholstery on my double recliner, the living, dining, hallway, and patio areas! Carrie came over and gave us a quote on cleaning the tile floors in our large house. We decided to have the work done since Carrie told us they used a machine to do deep cleaning. In fact, they needed two teams with two cleaning vans to do everything in one day. We have six dogs and many cats. We live in the country. There is so much dirt and mud that get tracked into the house. Mopping the floor alone just doesn't clean the tile grout at all and the smell of the dogs is still present a few days after mopping the floors. We had replaced all the carpet with tile over the years of living in the house to help make cleaning the floors much easier. Carpets just don't do well with living in the country with active pets and family members. Our tile was very dirty, especially the grout. The two teams showed up on time and spent the entire day doing the tile floors. While the machines were powerful and did most of the work, the technicians had to scrub the grout using brushes independent of the machines in some of the rooms to ensure that the grout lines were cleaned properly. We could tell that the floors were much cleaner as the day progressed. Once the teams had left and after the tile grout had fully dried, we walked around to the various rooms that had previously had the worst tile grout areas in the house. The tile and grout actually looks brand new! Looking at the floors now you would think they were just installed and grouted a few weeks ago. The smell of the dogs is gone. The floors look brand new. We are so glad we chose Cleaning Services to come clean our floors. They were pretty flexible on their availability and worked with us to schedule the cleaning. We highly recommend Cleaning Services for not only floors but for cleaning. We have used Cleaning Services on and off for the past twenty five years or so and they always do a great job. read more

I have been through a few cleaning services over the years and it seems that these guys have been the most reliable as far as scheduling and, most important, cleanliness. Anjelica is most often the team leader for my house and I appreciate the way she does a good job leading the girls. My two boys' bathroom (plus catbox) is no easy feat! But I'm always pleasantly greeted by the smell and visual of cleanliness when they've left. Management will leave infrequent messages making sure everything is going well and they also offer discounts for being open with your schedule or providing a key. And, occasionally if i've forgotten to leave the door unlocked, they will try to come back later, but otherwise are pretty patient with my oversight! We needed our gutters cleaned badly. Two of the gutters were overflowing with debris, and I was concerned that the water and moisture might do damage to the house structure. I called three different places, and by far, CLEANING SERVICES was the most reasonable. Cleaning Services sent two a crew of two gentlemen. They were on time, extremely courteous, very careful with the roof tiles, and cleaned up the premises beautifully. The gutters on our two story home was finished in 1.5 hrs. Couldn't ask for more! Have been with them since 1997. Biweekly service, most of the time well done. Occasional problem spots, but one call to the office and they always make it right one way or another. Have used them for carpet shampooing and upholstery cleaning, but was left too wet (long time to dry), so we don't use them for that anymore. Have used them for window and window screen washing, good job there. They've been very flexible when adding last minute services, and when canceling a service once in a while. They came and looked at my 1000 square foot home ( small), called me back to find out the measurements of my two large carpets then called me back a couple of days later. I asked them how much this would cost and she said $280.00 for initial cleaning and then $110.00 for carpets. I said, "so total would be about $390.00?" She said yes. I got a charge for $472.00. Their answer? "No cleaning is $360.00 and about $110.00 for carpets." I wrote everything down when I got quote. Always get a written quote...lesson learned. PS They did do a good job. By the way, I would have never, never paid almost $500.00 to get my house cleaned. read more

This is a terrible company all around. My contractor hired them to clean the house after an extensive remodel. They arrived with two cleaners and, needless to say, did an absolute terrible job. All of the window sills still had dirt and debris and the floors still had stuff caked on them (which I could remove if I put a little of elbow grease into it!). And, on top of that, I was paying thousands of dollars for this service! Someone came out and I walked them through many of the examples of where the work product was poor quality. She admitted it and agreed to send a crew back. A crew came back and spent very little time at the house and still did a terrible job! Ugh! I was on my hands and knees cleaning the floor myself after they left! And....here is the good part...they then charge me another nearly $1000 to re-clean the house that they didn't clean before and they STILL didn't get it clean. Ok, but the story is not over and it gets even better...I tell my contractor that while I willing to pay some part of the bill, this so-called cleaning service should not get the full amount (especially since I ended up doing most of the cleaning). Rather than engage in any dialogue, this company sues my contractor! Bottom line: I would only recommend if you want a superficial cleaning and an absolute shady company coming over to your house. Update: In response to your "details," it is highly unprofessional to post my personal information on a public forum...once again highlighting the unprofessional nature of your company! I am not going to engage in a debate with you. I was forced to clean my floors and windows myself because your cleaners could not get it done and you took thousands of dollars from me. Cleaning Services was referred to me by a friend at Eagle Ridge in Gilroy. We first used them at my sister's rental property in San Jose. They did a good job, so I tried them out this week on my own home. They had a crew of 3 ladies who did a good job on what is called the "Initial Clean". I have scheduled them for a once a month clean because they were on time, polite, listened to my concerns, reasonably priced and seemed to get everything clean. They always answer the phone at their office, so I liked the professionalism in that. I have had items broken in the past, so listened to their managers advice to put away anything too fragile and sentimental. When they left my house it sparked and am ashamed to say that it has not been this clean for some time (due to working a full day and too tired to do it this thourough on the weekend) .
