I needed time to pull the rug out from under my heavy bed and wanted to do some spot cleaning first, so we scheduled for a few days later. He arrived right on time and was upfront over the phone that he might not be able to fully restore the rug, which I appreciated. I have used Pro Clean Carpet Care in the past when I lived in a 3rd floor condo. Jason cleaned our light colored carpets twice, and we were very satisfied with the job. After our recent remodel in our two story home, I called Jason to clean various items: carpet on the stairs and upstairs, two area rugs, and a large sectional couch. He was able to give us a Saturday appointment (which was super helpful for our schedule), sent a professional and informative text the day before our appointment, and texted us when he was en route. I wrote a review in 2015 for Jason and I felt like it was time to update it. I'm so appreciative of Jason. Every time I call he finds a way to get out to help me as soon as he can. He responds right away and is always on time. If he tries to clean something and it can't be cleaned (he tried my 16 year old patio cushions which have never been cleaned) he'll try and tell me if it will work or not.
