I had hired another guy that did a horrible job attempting to install my new gate but had to stop him as he was damaging the concrete mounted posts and had no experience. But lucky enough Abe the owner of Level Up was referred and his expertize was exactly what my project needed. He concrete mounted my new gate and fence. Abe and his crew made sure it was straight, secure and installed correctly. His skills had him modify some metal brackets to secure the gate and upgraded some bolts and screws to much heavy duty versions for better reliabitly. He was dealing with sloaped concrete which made our project more challenging to make it look level and straight. We could not be happier with the result. I only wish I met him earlier. Abe was fast with response and availabity. He was extremely professional, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. He cleaned up the site and even took it apon himself to remove all the old fence, trash and boxes from the jobsite. Really going up and above expectations. But I didn't use two rolls of base material. So upon returning 2 rolls worth $270 I was refunded minus 20%. That was a $60 charge for restocking. They drove up with a fork lift and I loaded it onto their forks and they drove it to their storage area. Not pleased, but what can I do. Just making sure others are aware before you buy here.

We had an appointment to get to, so we reached out and he eventually messaged back that he was stuck at the paint store getting the paint. We checked in several times as it was getting later and later, and he finally came over at noon. When I asked him what paint he was using, he showed me an already opened can of paint - and admitted he was 2 hours late to our job because he was getting paint for another job! We had explained we were looking for someone who could paint the entirety of the house exterior, that we have multiple paint jobs in the pipeline, and wanted to use a neighborhood company. It did feel like he initially misrepresented why he was late but we accepted it as him being short-handed and told him we would be happy to use him again if the job was good and he just let us know next time. He did the job and just left - never let us know he was done so we could take a look and pay him in person. That night he texted asking us to send his money - he charged us $400. The actual paint work he did was 4/5* (he missed a few spots) but the communication overall was terrible. Doing a pro job on something so fast and easy would have netted Bizarro loyal customers who would give them months of work, but sadly we won't use this company again.

Power wash and notes for repairs on day one, then the crew started in at 7AM on day 2. We used 5 different colors on our home. Stucco repair/touch up, caulking and wood work was done while masking the house and reasonable buffer for overspray around the home was prepped. The crew was well organized and color schemes and selections were confirmed before painting began. They were done with everything including cleanup in about 10.5 hours.
