Jeremy & his team are always VERY responsive and try to go above and beyond. When you company's backup generator needs work, it is a serious problem to the ongoing business. Holt's team understands that and they do a great job keeping us running and making sure the equipment runs when it is down. We are likely to upgrade soon and when we do, we will return to HoltCat to be the ones to do that for us. Side not on the Technicians they send out. These guys are A+ in skills, communication and customer service. Not disappointed yet and our high standards are frequently exceeded.

One of my…read moremachines needed a minor repair and the sewing machine mechanic sent me to Comal Supply and Hardware Store for a VERY small tool to adjust this very small specific part. I arrived to find that they would have anything that I might ever need. They had sets of allen wrenches, and individual wrenches in the very small size, cost .30 for the one!!! I was super impressed. Just walking in, going back, coming back up revealed I'd have to come again. The folks were knowledgeable, nice, informative and equipped to help anyone who might need something specific for their unique project. I trust them, like them and will be returning with my next hardware need.

So disappointed in the lousy service Kubota consistently provides. The latest is we were sold 2…read more"new" tires on the front and they were used and would not hold air. The service manager that sold us these tires disputed my husbands observations. The new service manager, Stephanie, agreed with my husband that the tires were used NOW we have had our tractor at Kubota for over 3 weeks and for new tires and simple service and today Stephanie told me that the parts are in but that we had to "email" them for approval to proceed with the service (which my husband did) and that she would "try" to get the work done. I told Stephanie no more excuses, get it done. Ewald and service in Floresvile is an oxymoron, the service doesn't exist. I wish we had purchased a John Deere.
