Many of us waited in line for over 5 hours after being told that those waiting outside would be given an opportunity to enter. Instead, people who were not in line were allowed in, cut ahead of loyal fans, and were able to take photos with OG while many of us who had waited all day were left out. The lack of organization, crowd control, and a fair system was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, the event was cut short, leaving many disappointed fans--especially children who had spent hours waiting--without the chance to meet him. Fans invested their time and trusted the process. Today, that trust was not rewarded. Dick's Sporting Goods could and should have done a much better job planning and managing this event.
