Insurance broker is one stop shop for all of insurance you need. I would love to give Alec 10 stars. He is young, full of knowledge and experiences. He is very detailed and patience. He spent over an hour with us going through all of pricing and different type of coverage for each of the categories like auto, home, pet, accidental, critical illness and life insurance. Compared all of the prices out there to what we're currently have. It turned out to be we have very good coverage and good prices. He didn't try to change our mind to go with his quote. Not trying to sell us anything. The best part he gives us his personal opinion about what he would change or add if he were to have our policies because we have double coverage on some of them. I can go on and on about how wonderful and honest Alec is but it will be too long. Please everyone, if you need to check for new policies set up an appointment with Alec either in person or over the phone. We prefer in person because we can see the monitor screens, we can see all the details right in front of our eyes. He was absolutely amazing, I provided him with all the documentation for my 4 vehicles, RV and Home. He gathered all the information and provided me with a yearly policy for all! I…read morejust moved to Las Vegas from California and I been having a difficult time registering my car in Nevada. At the same time I was having a hard time with passing smog. However , Marcio and his team made my experience as stress free as possible. They literally did all the work for me! & That's exactly what I needed. He even asked me when my California registration was due so that way he knows how quickly to get things processed for me. My 2013 Mercedes C250 was having electrical issues and every time I came in to get a smog, it would reject. Marcio told me that my smog tests would be free unless I passed it, then that's when he would charge me. After driving it to LA, seeing a mechanic, & getting some work done, my car finally passed smog ! I came in on a Tuesday afternoon & showed him proof of my passed smog (my mechanic took it to smog for me). After showing him the proof , Marcio advised me to take my car to the DMV on Sahara to get a VIN inspection. He also said all I have to do is drive up to the drive thru and they'll get it done for me. I followed his instructions and in less than 5 minutes my VIN inspection was done at the DMV. I drove back & Marcio and the young lady at the front desk was already processing my paperwork. They said my registration and my tags and my new Nevada plate for my car would be ready in 3 days. .... 3 days later, Marcio texted me saying my plates were ready. When I came to the shop on my lunch break, the same young lady had my brand new Nevada plates with my new Nevada registration and 2020 stickers as well. Now that's what I call perfect customer service !!! I'm impressed with the productivity, honesty, quickness, outstanding customer service, and seamless work that was demonstrated by Marcio and his team (I wish I got the young lady's name but she was so friendly and she made this process quick and easy)! They eased this process for me and made it as stress free as possible. Definitely skip the DMV lines and hassles and come directly to this shop. I highly recommend anyone to work directly with Marcio and his team for any DMV needs. I will be bringing my business here moving on forward.

We called them back and spoke to Alex who said it was actually a broker fee. We told him we did not appreciate being lied to and he stated there is nothing we can do as he is the manager. We put a complaint with progressive and leaving this review. Guess that's all we can do. We would not mind paying a broker fee but be honest about it. Insurance rates are through the roof and then getting taken advantage of is not the best feeling.
