A very strange and alarming interaction with AZ Express Glass and Mirror. We had some back and forth on text arranging a time for him to come out and work on on my shower doors over a 3 day period and he sent me a quote for the work. We agreed on a date and time for him to come out and do the work. I told him I might be a few minutes late as I had an appointment that finished right before he was to come to my house. His text response was "Okay". I arrived home 5 minutes after the time for the appointment and I let him know via text. I get a call an hour later and the guy says we never had an appointment confirmed, and when I tell him he confirmed the appointment via text, he starts yelling at me for what I don't know, and then hangs up. I sent him a copy of the text with the appointment time and his confirmation and called him back and he says I am too difficult to work with and he is blocking me and then hangs up. I would stay away from these guys and would never let them in my house, particularly if I were alone. Very unprofessional and just a weird vibe. read more

OK I said , after 2 weeks I called back and he said I don't remember you!! so I reminded him of the text messages between us and called him again. so he told me Im going out of town for 2 weeks , so thats more than 3 weeks just to take measurements! We had 2 sliding doors and a shower door installed just over 2 years ago. Aesthetically the doors look great but quality has been very disappointing for what we paid. We have had to replace wheels on both sliding doors on our own and then the shower door sinking and creaking loudly right after warranty expired. Upon further inspection it seems that installation was done poorly or door has a manufacturing defect. My husband is handy and has been able to deal with all the issues when it should have been dealt with by this company. We called and text and didn't get a response back.
