A very strange and alarming interaction with AZ Express Glass and Mirror. I told him I might be a few minutes late as I had an appointment that finished right before he was to come to my house. I think the company is one person I called to get a quote and he gave my a good/cheep price comparing to others. After I got the quote I told him you can come and take measurements. he said I cant because you are in scottsdale I can come next week. OK I said , after 2 weeks I called back and he said I don't remember you!! so I reminded him of the text messages between us and called him again. so he told me Im going out of town for 2 weeks , so thats more than 3 weeks just to take measurements! We had 2 sliding doors and a shower door installed just over 2 years ago. Aesthetically the doors look great but quality has been very disappointing for what we paid. We have had to replace wheels on both sliding doors on our own and then the shower door sinking and creaking loudly right after warranty expired. Upon further inspection it seems that installation was done poorly or door has a manufacturing defect. My husband is handy and has been able to deal with all the issues when it should have been dealt with by this company. We called and text and didn't get a response back.
