    Tilapia Ceviche
    Ethel P.

My friend was excited to bring me here because she loves their ceviche. We were greeted right away with a friendly staff and service was quick. Our waiter kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Music was playing in the background but it wasn't that loud that we couldn't hear ourselves talking. They brought us chips and were given a choice of salsa from mild to spicy. Yum! We ordered the ceviche and the spicy shrimp dish. Ceviche was so so and my friend even said it didn't taste like the first 3-4 times she's had it. So definitely a disappointment. However the shrimp was delicious! I'd go back just to have that again.

I came here on a Thursday with some coworkers. We came pretty early and had reservations for 10 people. We sat upstairs which was very spacious and had a large table to accomodate us. They served individual chips and salsa that was complimentary and also gave lots of refills. Unfortunately I filled up on the free chips and salsa and didn't get to fully enjoy my chimichanga meal, which was delicious, even though I only managed a few bites. We also ordered the trio of dips and my favourite was the corn dip. Highly recommend

I'd give this place a 3.5 but since that's not an option I couldn't quite move them to a 4. Love the location right in the square. Be sure to pop across the street to the ice cream truck after for dessert. We were seated quickly on the upper level. Service was proficient and pretty fast. Our waiter was friendly and the place wasn't too noisy or crowded at 6 on a Tuesday. All food and drinks were average in my opinion, with the exception that the guacamole was really think and chunky the way I like it. I had flautas, but wouldn't reorder. Overall, nice average Mexican fare.

Good Mexican food at decent prices (house margarita for $7!) The hot salsa is excellent so be sure to ask for that one! Compared to this one, the mild reminded me of tomato sauce. Portions are large so you won't leave feeling hungry and likely will need a to go box. The avocado tacos were tasty as were the rice and beans. The place was not very busy on a Tuesday an hour before closing time and our server, Juan, was nice. I wasn't sure what to expect from a Mexican restaurant in middle America but this one gets my stamp of approval.

    Creamy Jalapeño Beef Enchiladas

First time coming here, started off with chips and cheese dip added pico de gallo in our dip. The cheese dip was really runny and had an odd after taste. The chicken enchilada was really good, the beef sope would've have been better if the beef had flavor, the beans and rice didn't have much flavor either. My companion had the creamy jalapeño beef enchiladas and mentioned how the sauce was really powdery and very bland, also said that the pickled jalapeños were probably the only item that had flavor on his plate. The service was okay though, our waitress did bring us refills and was very attentive. The ambiance was also good, the music fit the atmosphere. Will I come here again? No, at least not willingly.

On the end of a strip mall off Walton Blvd Bentonville. Plenty of parking. Indoor and outdoor seating. Have a bar and restaurant. Clean and well maintained. No dust on these light fixtures over your table! Their indoor booths have patchwork type cow hide backs on them. Dinner Prices are reasonable. Food delicious with complimentary chips and salsa. Delicious mole (their specialty) and especially on their chicken enchilada dinner. The carnitas and the guacamole were delicious also. Would definitely return.

    Street tacos

Hungry for a quick bite and Mexican sounded good. Went with the street tacos. 5 tacos and filled with steak. Salsa was good. Recommend mixing the regular and spicy. Good flavor and a little kick. Corn tortillas had sown thickness to them which was great. No breaking and good flavor. Only issue was after I finished eating I had to wait about 30 minutes to get my check and leave.

We visited for supper on a Saturday night. It was already pretty busy at about 5pm but we were immediately seated in a booth. It was somewhat cramped for four people, especially my tall husband, but at least it felt spaced away from other booths. Service was good throughout our visit. Chips and salsa bowls came out promptly, followed by drinks--except my husband's beer, but the waitress returned to apologize for the delay, and it soon arrived. Our meals came out pretty quickly. I had the taco salad with shredded chicken, and it was really good. Chicken is such a basic thing but it's so easy to serve dry and flavorless, and this was great. My teenage son ordered the flautas; he didn't expect, as he put it, "there to be a salad on top," but he scraped off the lettuce and toppings and still liked the flautas. I had part of one, too, and it was incredibly good. My husband enjoyed his beef street tacos, and my mother-in-law enjoyed her food, too; she's a local but had never been there before. Our check came out quickly once we were done. Great meal overall!

The service is excellent, the food is anthemic and delicious. The environment is lush with classic Mexican details. My kids and I love this place.

Favorite Mexican restaurant in NWA. We love the chicken mole enchiladas. So their fajitas are great as well as the chicken flautas.

The high ceilings and plenty of light along with comfortable seating helped create a welcoming atmosphere. Our waiter was attentive and personable. As for the food: we tried a carne asada burrito, avocado tacos, and al cilantro enchiladas which included freshly made rice and refried black beans and a fresh salad. Everything was delicious. All of the ingredients were fresh. The food was well seasoned and beautifully presented on the plate. We greatly enjoyed the experience and highly recommend this restaurant.

TLDR - don't go!…read more First sign this wasn't going to be a great restaurant... how many words do I need to look up to read the menu? One is too many and I'd say more like 5 here! Random words with no explanation- one word I never found a translation for. Here are examples you might want to look them up in advance LOL: Palatero: Cochinita Pibil: Campestre; Esquites Maybe you know these words. I did not. Maybe I could have asked but we were already being given attitude. The waitress started acting like we were a burden from the first interaction- a request for water with no ice (they bring ice water to the table on the first trip - I'm not sure how it's MY fault that I don't like ice - but the huff and rolled eyes were my clue to her annoyance). Confusion at ordering - one of my companions wanting clarification- even pointing to what they wanted and asking questions. The waitress was obviously already frustrated and instead of explaining and making sure everything was clear just walked away. Items came but didn't match what was ordered and the pushback included a huffy manager. Finally got what was ordered but.... Now to the food- cheese dip was ok but certainly not worthy of the price. Rice and beans were fine. But the Bland guacamole was an insult to the avocado. The chips are hard and too thick. Perhaps stale too? They do a dip sampler - emphasis on sampler as there might be 2 Tablespoons of each dip! The worst dish was the tortilla soup. Pros - lots of chicken. Cons - very bland! A little too much heat but no flavor, no seasoning. Most tortilla soups have some freshness - cilantro, maybe some pico de gallo or at least some diced tomato. Nope, chicken, cheese, chips and some crema drizzled over the top. Soooooo - staff that acted like they were doing us a favor. Food that was just better than edible, The highlight? The decor is nice. Ok - NW Arkansas does not have a lot of great Mexican places. Or Tex Mex. But this place is permanently off my list! Too pricey, bad food and rude staff!

Being able to sample virtually every dish on the brunch menu made it so much fun, and every plate we tried was absolutely delicious. What truly made our visit exceptional was our server, Caitlyn. She was phenomenal! She took the time to learn what we liked, recommended dishes that perfectly matched our tastes, and kept a steady stream of amazing food coming to the table so we could experience as much of the menu as possible. Our glasses were never empty, our table was always spotless, and she genuinely cared that we had an outstanding experience. That level of hospitality is rare and made us feel like valued guests from start to finish. From the incredible food to the outstanding service, Table Mesa delivered a true five-star experience. We can't wait to come back for brunch again. Highly recommend requesting Caitlyn if you're lucky enough to visit--she'll make an already fantastic meal even better!

The agave spirits selection is underwhelming, though that may be influenced by visiting the day after "Gringo de Mayo." The chips are comparable to standard "restaurant-style" options you'd find at a grocery store. The quesadilla is a bit unusual--there's no integrated mix of cheese and protein. Instead, the components are kept separate, which explains why the menu describes it as "baked." I initially thought that was odd, but it makes more sense now. The ranchero beans are overly salted, with little depth beyond that. While there appear to be other seasonings, they don't come through. The rice is plain and unremarkable.

When we arrived at the hotel late, we wanted to grab a quick dinner and I had eaten at an Abuelo's in Orlando many times. Felt like that was a solid choice for us since we knew it was not a gamble. Rick was our server and he was helpful and friendly. He brought out their trio of salsas with hot tortilla chips that felt like they were made minutes before. Not sure if they are, but they did taste fantastic! I love their queso here, and they had a Diablo one that I hadn't had before but we decided to get the dip trio- queso, Diablo queso, and guacamole. What an epic decision! They came with more tortilla chips but also chicharrones which was sturdier and could hold up to the thicker Diablo queso and guacamole. I couldn't stop eating the salsa and dips. I chose to get a combination plate, with an enchilada, taco, and tamale. Rick mentioned they had a mashed potato side that was tasty- not expected for a Mexican restaurant but I decided to take the recommendation. Rick came through, honestly I could've eaten just the dips and potatoes and had been super happy about it. I overate, which was a problem but in a good way because I fell asleep immediately after we got back to the hotel. We were doing a crazy travel week where we were in 5 states, two countries for meetings, so not a lot of rest. It's part of a chain but this one was clean, friendly, with great execution on the food. Rick was clutch with more salsa and chips which in the end was my undoing but I didn't care. Visit here and make sure you try their dips, and the mashed potato side which may have been one of the best things I had all week. Dead serious! The next time I go I'm going to ask for no rice and beans and just get these crazy mashed potatoes. Thank you Rick and Abuelo's for reminding me that every now and then, going to eat at a chain spot is still a good thing.
