It was a nice touch. As I walked throughout this huge store, I noticed that the sale section is not the most appealing section of the store. The rest of the store was neat and well stocked. The isles are wide so you can definitely social distance throughout this store. The reason that I gave it three stars was because once I walked in the store, the customer service wasn't the greatest. Typically when I come in, there is someone working in the each department that will ask if I need any assistance with a size or something. No such luck this day. But I don't want to say that this is normal for this location as its typically not. I bought some great items here and had good service in the past.

I was being helped by one of the most helpful and friendly employees I've experienced at this Target, and Peter approached and began watching the interaction intently in a way that felt unnecessary, uncomfortable, and undermining, as if he did not trust her to do her job. The dynamic was hard to ignore and came across as both misogynistic and racially biased in the way he monitored and interacted during what should have been a completely normal customer service interaction. It was blatantly uncomfortable to witness. As someone who shops here regularly, this was extremely off-putting and disappointing. If this is how employees are treated in front of customers, it raises concerns about the work environment behind the scenes as well.

After I completed my shopping (15 minutes or less), I returned to Samsonite to find a sign on the door saying they would be closed for the day. I returned on Sunday after confirming the store was open. I dropped off my suitcase; they confirmed my prior registration and I left. The repaired suitcase arrived at my house three (3) days later fixed and ready to use prior to the holidays. The repair service was excellent (5/5 stars). If you need a repair, don't hesitate to return it to a Samsonite location for an expeditious repair. I am giving the store 4/5 stars. It is unfortunate that they didn't have the staff to open on this warm Saturday.

The ride back down was also fast and while it didn't stop suddenly, you knew from the extra weight on your knees that we're at the bottom now. I can't speak for any of the other floors but the 22nd is clean and tidy. Nicely lit, well carpeted and the doors to the offices look professional. He was very condescending and repeated himself over and over as if I was unable to understand him. He never offered a solution. I eventually paid the fee but called the manager. I got his voicemail and left a message requesting a call back. It's been 8 days and no call was received. I will never park in this deck again due to the bad customer service and I will tell all of my friends, social media contacts, and coworkers at a large uptown office to avoid this parking deck. I gave this one star because zero was not an option.
