The only thing was they didn't really have the style of tops that I was looking for. I wear a lot of tops that are kind of flowy, long like tunics, often with a floral pattern. And that's what I was looking to buy but I didn't see any items of this type. I did find a couple of tops in solid colors that were just short sleeved tops so I grabbed them and headed to the fitting room. One of them did look good on me so I decided to purchase it. I got to the cash register and there was only one cashier working who was helping a customer who needed an item shipped to her. They even had to leave the register area to go onto the sales floor and find an item that was to be shipped. So I was there for maybe about 6 or 7 minutes waiting for my item to be rung up and a small line of customers started to build. I would think that a cashier who was in the middle of a transaction that was going to take some time would call for additional help at the register area but I am guessing that they are short on help since these days it seems that everywhere I go there are help wanted signs and pretty much the whole country is shorthanded. So I always try to be patient and appreciate the people who did show up to work. I did see a couple of other people working at the store but one was way in the back of the store and would never be able to see a line forming and the other person looked to be in the middle of something. While I was waiting to be helped I browsed the little bins that they have at the register area that have items for sale such as accessories, beauty items, candy bars, bagged candy and what not. I found a couple of candy bars that I liked and so I grabbed them and I saw a bag of candy corn which I bought for my mother who was outside in the car waiting for me. Finally one of the other people on the sales floor did come over and hop onto a register because the original cashier had completed the transaction that she was involved in and had to leave the register to go to another area of the store. The cashier that I had helping me was pleasant and rang in my items quickly and efficiently. I would definitely come back here and shop. Just hopefully next time they'll have more items in the style that I am looking for. But nice location, polite workers, neat, clean, well organized.

Well the good news I know my size so this will go quick. As I haven't shopped in awhile and live in the land that Summer is essentially year round I obviously spent a little more time finding what I needed. Found a nice dress for my Mom. Classic lightweight denim with two pockets on the front she will love. Now for me a great white blouse with puffy sleeves I love it as I had seen it in their catalog earlier this year. A classic pair of khaki lightweight pants and a green and white gingham skirt. Also I got a lavender necklace that was drastically reduced. When I got to the register I was sad to see not too much in the way of sales. Also the clerk was not to willing to give up the discount card that you get after you purchase. It needs to get stamped now two more times to get 20 percent off. Geez J Crew what happened to you I gotta really work to get a break here.

I then decided to shop around the store and asked another employee if she could look for a pair of shoes in my size out back and after about 10 minutes I started looking around for her and found that she was talking with friends/off the clock employees. And to top it off the store was messy and dirty. The amount of dust bunnies on the floor was repulsive. Obviously the staff does not care about any type of professional appearance. I love J. Crew but that store needs to be gutted and restaffed with people who actually care about customers, their time, and their money.

These are actual descriptions of various types of clothing here: Skinny, Slim, Extra Slim, Fitted, Modern Fit, Classic. Classic appears to be the closest thing to a regular size. That doesn't mean if you have an above-average-sized waist you won't find anything here, but your selections are much more limited. But if what they have here fits you, you'll like the selection in terms of variety and color, and to a reasonable extent, size and price. Most things have a sale or outlet price, and additional tickets may be taken off at the register depending on if you're a member or use their store card. So bottom line, this store won't be for everyone, but if it's for you, you'll like what they sell.

We were greeted upon walking in and they let us know everything in store was 50% off. In general I think Under Armour makes quality stuff that typically will last awhile. My wife definitely took advantage of the deal they were running and snagged 4 things for under $70 and one of them was suppose to be $60 by itself. We both will be keeping this place in mind for athletic wear needs in the future. Likely won't have the 50% off that often but if we are in the area we will check their offerings again. The only real negative I noticed was when we were waiting in the check out line, one particular staff member. The two cashiers were friendly and appeared to be working hard, but a customer checking out must have paid with a large bill and they did not have the correct bills for change in the drawer. Then I suspect a manager came over to assist and needed to go out back to grab the cash. Despite the ever growing line waiting to check out, the manager had almost no rush and very much took their time. Just a little surprised by this. Overall we will return and would visit this spot over other Under Armour locations.
