They were not only fast and efficient but were very respectful of saving the good stuff. I now use orlando and the KO team for all my Properfy clean outs and turn overs. Their prices are so good that I actually SAVED money versus using my truck to take multiple loads to the dump. Not only did I save a full tank of gas but also an entire day to start on much needed repairs and get my property back on the market for rent early.
