Do not contact this company for repairs. My experience was extremely upsetting due to rude and verbally aggressive behavior from their staff. A technician came out to repair my washer but was unable to recreate the problem I described. He told me he would order several parts and return to install them. I went without a washer for several weeks while waiting. When the parts were installed, the issue was not fixed. Weeks later, I scheduled another visit. This time, the same technician arrived with an openly hostile attitude. He belittled me and raised his voice in response to what he called "stupid questions." When I calmly asked why he was so angry, his behavior escalated. He began yelling at me while standing very close to my face. I genuinely feared that the situation could turn physical. Thankfully, my husband was home and was able to make him leave. What makes this even more concerning is that a family member later had a very similar experience with this company involving a different technician named Travis. After several visits and an unresolved refrigerator issue, Travis demanded payment from my family member even though GE had explicitly stated they would cover the cost. When my family member tried to call GE to confirm this, he raised his voice, refused to wait, stormed out, and stated he would never return. This does not feel like an isolated incident but rather a pattern of hostile and intimidating behavior. No one should feel threatened or unsafe when requesting a basic repair service. Based on both my experience and my family member's, I strongly recommend avoiding this company. The issues were never resolved, yet parts were repeatedly ordered and billed to the warranty provider. The only negative thing I can say about B and B is they are too busy , that being said they show up when they say they will , get right in , diagnose the problem, order parts quickly if needed , and quickly return . If your problem isn't fixed they will usually return that same day to correct any problem. I would recommend B and B without hesitation. My less than a year old washing machine quit working I was directed from Whirlpoil that this company would fix it repair man came out and and looked at it then left. I never heard from them so I called and the lady was very rude and said it would take 3-4 business day for parts to come in. Well it's been that and then some I have 3 small kids and my self that need this machine to work. Now off to the laundry mat we go to spend the money I shouldn't have to spend to do laundry. During this difficult time I understand the stress everyone is under. When you have a major appliance fail in addition to everything else, is when we really need to push the pause button to gather extra strength and patience. I have called B&B numerous times this past week trying to figure out how to get my refrigerator fixed. "Jessica" answered my calls with zero patience. On my last call she yelled at me saying "This is not how this works!" I asked her why is she yelling at me and what did I do wrong? She hung-up on me. I purchased appliances from B&B on 1/30/19. It's now 3/19/19 and I still don't have the appliances. All In have received is excuses and they don;t even bother to call with updates on what is going on. They were paid on day 1 and these are not special order appliances! Wow this is the second time I have used B&B appliance service an I must say the technician gave us 5 star service an a fair pricing. I will say this, that the technician was supper but the person in there office has a lot to be desired for they seem to just talk down to the clients. I understand that the two woman on the phone are the owner's daughters, but the owner should send these two to customer relations training. They may be a warranty center etc. , but every happy customer refers you 50 new customers an the unhappy ones make them a member of the 250 club. Each unhappy customer tells 5 of there friends about there experience an then they each tells 5 more about there negative experience an wow it's now at 250 potential customers that won't do business with them. This is a Samsung repair service. We knew the heating element on our Samsung dryer was broken. The office assured us that the repairman would have the part with them when they came. The repairman came. He didn't have the part and told us it would take 3-5 business days to ORDER the part and get it shipped. That cost us $78 for him to tell us that and that it would be another week at least until they could fix it. Awful service. read more

Not once, but twice... I have had to deal with so called appliance repair company and I have to say they are the worst. My warranty for my fridge is through Elecrolux and its a Frigidaire. The problem I had with the fridge was condensation buildup which I found out later was caused by the coils in the freezer freezing over (learned this from another repair guy over the phone). I called my warranty provider, they in-turn put me in touch with B&B Appliance to have them come out and service the fridge. The service repair guy spent 5 minutes in my house and left before even looking at the fridge because supposedly there were bugs in it. Now be aware that fridge has been turned off for over two weeks and all the food in it had been thrown out. I went home for lunch and there were a few gnats in it, nothing serious. This is NOT the first time I have had trouble with this company, I had used them previously for my dishwasher and the guy didn't fix a dang thing. He ordered a part and after 3 trips told me I could put the part in myself. I was also told during my interaction that they would not be back. They are worse than useless in my opinion, but I can bet that my service warranty people will be charged for their pathetic 5 minute visit. read more

I was having trouble with both our Wolf range and Sub-Zero fridge. Wolf customer service was unable to find an appliance repair person remotely close to us. They arranged for B & B appliance from Centralia, MO to do the work. Ed, the owner, could not have been more pleasant. Came all the way to my house for an initial visit to assess the problem(s), ordered/received all parts and came all the way back to repair the appliances. Very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. I could not have been happier with my service. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have not had any interaction with the Centralia location, but I feel it very necessary to make sure and get the word out regarding our experience with the Columbia location. We had someone from the Columbia location come perform a minor repair on our washer. Since that time, our washer has leaked profusely with every load. When my husband called to request it be fixed after their "repair", they refused to do it. They stated that they would not fix it because we bought it from Compton's. It doesn't matter where we bought it from, if they made a mistake and caused something to go wrong with the washer, they should be responsible for fixing it. Absolutely unbelievable. Not only will they not take responsibility for their actions, the woman that answered the phone was very rude. If we teach our children to treat others with respect and to correct their mistakes, I would hope that professionals would do the same. Will never use them again and will discourage anyone from using them. read more

B&B was a life saver! After calling two other service companies and finding it would be a "week" for a service call, B&B arrived within 24 hours to fix our washing machine. The technician was very knowledgable, friendly, and gave me tips on maintaining our machines. A part was ordered and he returned 5 days earlier than expected, knowing we were anxious to get it up and running! We will use B&B again! read more
