Brought it in Saturday, and was told that because of the location, it couldn't be patched and I would need a new tire. unfortunately, they did not have one in stock that would fit my car so Tom called off cape and was able to locate a tire and get it over to Wareham, which he went and picked up the same day. I assured him that I was not in any rush, recognizing that they were busy and it was the holiday weekend, but he was just as adamant that they would get it done for me today if they could. Within six hours of me going in with my flat tire, I had a new tire mounted and put back on my car. I am a customer for life. Thank you, Tom and team!

Tim called me to tell me about this. Estimated cost $10,000-$11,000. He suggested that I call M-B and see if it was under warranty. I did not have an extended warranty with them but called anyway. Found out that this is a special situation that is covered.....all parts and labor. I felt bad that I wasn't able to give Roundel any business so I texted Tim and told him to give me an oil change. He called me to say that an oil change will be part of the cylinder head replacement and that to do it through him would be a waste of my money. What a breath of fresh air this company is. I bought a motorhome from them and it was a totally negative experience. In my opinion he is a complete farce I've had to correct so much of his deferred maintenance it's not even funny. I would stay as far away from this business as possible. In my opinion he completely misrepresented the motorhome and I have had to do so much deferred maintenance on it it is extremely disappointing. I think he is a Liar. In my opinion they don't know what the hell they're doing. Not only that but we were required to pay them all the money for the motorhome to take delivery but they couldn't for provide the title for weeks and weeks and weeks. Once they finally claimed to have the title which I didn't see yet he called me and told me he wanted to pay his insurance bill for the time that had lapsed between between the time we took delivery and they provided us with the title even though I had provided them proof that we had the motorhome insured before it was even purchased and we were already paying a premium on it before it was purchased. When I told him I wasn't interested in paying his insurance bill he hung up on me and wouldn't talk to me again like a baby. Fortunately we finally did get the title in the mail so the vehicle could finally be registered after almost 2 months of waiting for it. Their asking price for the motorhome was over $90,000 so we're not talking about a little bit of money. It was a real nail biter having paid all that money and then having to wonder when we were going to get the title. I in the end we are glad that we could help them pay their motorhome off. I suspect that the money we gave them wasn't enough to satisfy their lien that's probably why we had to wait multiple weeks for the title. This business may have been sold to a new owners and Stan since they told me that was their intention. I should've checked their yelp reviews before considering engaging in a transaction with them because I noticed later they were pretty bad but I didn't.

Three years ago I bought…read moremy pick up truck in, the lower a frame gave way I explained to the owners brother who was filling in while the owners were in Florida, I left the truck and got a call saying they would not fix it because the trucks not worth fixing I was shocked, I still have my 1992 Chevy and my mechanic loves it and has asked me to let him know if I ever decide to sell it. Never will I ever go back there- and not to mention every time I go they tell me they'll call when it's ready and I always have to call at almost the end of the business day and when I pick up the car they tell me it had been ready for awhile. My truck doesn't make that horrible noise anymore and I'm so happy to find somewhere that I can take my truck, be in good hands and not worry about it! I would recommend coming here, even if you have to drive a little ways, it's definately worth it. I haven't found this kind of customer service for my truck anywhere on the Cape and that includes the Mazda dealership that just robs you blind. Try them out, you will not be disappointed!!
