Discovered I had a flat tire the Friday before Labor Day weekend. Called over to the sandwich store and said I could bring the tire in on Saturday and they would try to patch it if that was possible. Brought it in Saturday, and was told that because of the location, it couldn't be patched and I would need a new tire. unfortunately, they did not have one in stock that would fit my car so Tom called off cape and was able to locate a tire and get it over to Wareham, which he went and picked up the same day. I assured him that I was not in any rush, recognizing that they were busy and it was the holiday weekend, but he was just as adamant that they would get it done for me today if they could. Within six hours of me going in with my flat tire, I had a new tire mounted and put back on my car. I am a customer for life. Thank you, Tom and team! read more

I would avoid this place. They charge $190 for a basic diagnostic which is absurd. Additionally was quoted over $550 for parts while the garage soon the street charged $165 for the same parts. Unless you want to over pay for parts and be charged a ridiculous diagnostic charge, you should avoid this place if possible. read more

As a Sullivan Tire customer, i am dissapointed in their Customer service when you have an emmergency and not set up a previous which they liketo set up. Today i called them, told guy had emmergency was useing air compressor to inflate a tire leaking flat. We recently had our car Alligned there. Had the guy helped me i would of bought a couple of tires. He instead told me he was busy and sounded like he wated to get out and go home. Said unless I get there in ten minutes,nothing he could do! Treating your customers when they make your appointment is god fr you, But when a customer has en emmergency,your on your own. Mr Sullivans commercials indicate We Care, I have not fund that to be the case. From the first interaction with Haley Pacheco-Matias at your call center, to the Manager "Joe" at your Sandwich location it was an excellent experience. Spending over $1,600 for new tires is stressful enough and the fear of an over eager customer service person just adds to the stress. We scheduled the appointment with Haley, then had a discussion about which tires we needed. She pointed out that the particular tire we thought we needed was NOT the one listed by the automobile manufacturer. The tires we replaced had over 62,000 miles and we wanted the same great serviceability with the new tires. We were very particular with what we wanted without exception. She was most helpful in offering the right tires for our car. We arrived 15 minutes ahead of our appointment and were met by "Joe", who introduced himself as the manager. He had the work order in his hand in a matter of second. No questions asked. The work of replacing four tires, balancing, alignment, and checking the work was done in two hours time. Very acceptable. The customer waiting area in Sandwich was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Anyone asks us where to go for tires we will definitely send them to SULLIVAN TIRE in Sandwich. Without hesitation. Oh, and we have not had to return because something was not correct. One visit, and done!!! read more

I called on Thursday to ask for a Saturday appointment as one of my tires was losing air every few days. I spoke with Tom in Sandwich and he was got me in for Saturday. Tom said I would have to leave my car for the day and that was fine. I left my car at 8:00 a.m. and it was completed at 4:30 the same day. I had in fact picked up a screw in said tire! The entire staff at Sullivan Tire is clearly working very hard while being short staffed. The staff are pleasant, respectful and work with you to get your car in for service. read more

Can't say enough about Sullivan Tire of Sandwich. I had a problem with my car, and even though they were booked for the day, they scheduled an appointment for the same day, and implemented a temporary but effective fix - free of charge! (There was a big sheet of plastic that had pulled loose from underneath the front end of my car and was dragging on the ground; they secured the sheet so that it was no longer protruding and dragging.) They really helped me out in a jam, and I appreciate what they did for me. read more

We would like to acknowledge the absolutely ASTONISHING service we received from Store Manager Joe Cipriani at the Sandwich location. Without getting into all the details, we had a difficult situation in trying to diagnose and resolve a vibration with our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Multiple trips to the Jeep dealer could not resolve this issue. Joe patiently worked with us to diagnose the issue and was able to secure 2 hard to find tires on very short notice. In spite of a very busy shop, Joe found a way to mount the new tires, road test the vehicle and fix this problem when nobody else could. In addition, he was very helpful in initiating our warranty claim with the tire manufacturer. It's easy to see how Joe could remain with this company for 33 years and counting. My husband and I were in from out of town, 9 hours away, when we got to our hotel we unloaded our bags then went back to the car to go back out. The car was making a really bad sound and we were panicking. I called Sullivan tire the next morning joe got us in right away and had Steven, the tech, get us back to the hotel in the shuttle. Joe called me and was very professional he told me it was a axel bearing and he was booked for the day but would try to get my car in, in between. They were done with it with in 4 hours. It was amazing. Joe was so nice and personable and made sure the car was done in a timely manner so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation I have never had a better experience at an auto shop before. Manager Joe Cipriani took my info and said he couldn't get the tires until Monday AM. 2pm appointment was made. - Monday am manager Joe Cipriani called and said "truck with my tires broke down and he couldn't get them till Tuesday" sadly i had taken the afternoon off from work - Tuesday aft I show up only to be told he didn't have tires. Terrible experience. They "fixed" my car, which turned out not to be the case. The next day, not only did the car die but what they did caused engine damage that the car would have cost more to fix than it was worth. I had to get a brand new car as a result, and they only gave me back a portion of what I paid them to fix it! If you need tires, they are probably fine. But anything else and any service, don't bother. Better off going to Hyannis (even if you have to pay a tow) and actually have real mechanics look at it. read more

I have gone to Sullivan Tire for years. My son went first in Dartmouth and based on his good experience I started going to the Sullivan Tire in Falmouth. I moved to Sandwich and tried the Sandwich location. Sullivan appears to have a business model of only fixing what is broken and providing a good value. I never feel ripped off. I thought I was looking at a huge bill and my issue wasn't as bad as I thought and got away for under $300. Most places won't let you leave for less than $600 no matter what was wrong. I just want to be treated fairly and I find Sullivan Tire always does that. It is not cheap to get cars fixed but I don't want to pay to fix things that aren't broken which I find many places do. DJ was very helpful getting me through the process. read more

this place is the absolute worst!! i made an appoitment to get brakes fixed on a wednesday for a friday, i was first to drop my car off at 7am and when i called at 405pm they have not even brought my car in to start looking at it!! this same thjing happened when i got tires replaced last year, it took two days for a tire company to change tires??!!! btw, they never called me to inform me of any delays, i called them and got this bad news at the end of the day. i took the day off in my office for nothing and now i will be without a car for the entire weekend most likely. i will never reccomend any location of this company to anyone, read more
