I have been using this place on and off for a bit, I live with 2 large dogs and a cat .. in the past they had a great attendant but, she left and they hired this person who time before last ( 2 yrs ago ) made a stink that I had left dog hair in the washer.. No animal bedding but, I do live with animals and I mean she was rude.. apparently, she get away with being rude because I was forced to seek out a laundry facility today.. went in the attendant acosted me upon entry literally looking over my wash ( i was on a call with work she was awful) then i go to the desk because I need to make change the person acts like it a chore , then i come in change the laundry over and she is going off about hair in the washer. I was on a call and my client was like,"wth!" Never go to this place!! The attendant is awful!! and pricing has gone way up .. go down the road to Roanoke!! read more

Well, what can I say? It's a laundromat. The machines that work, work good..the one's that don't, don't. The attendant is nice and helpful. There are a couple of TV's and a Starbucks adjacent. I hope your laundry experience is epic. read more

Hours not quite accurate. They don't let customers come in after 9pm. Looks okay otherwise. Not amazing, but not the worst.

The place was very clean and the on site attendant was very friendly and helpful. My washer is in pieces so while I'm waiting for parts to arrive I went here to do 3 small loads. I like the usage of loading money on a card. I didn't have to bring a roll of quarters. But you do have to bring cash for the card machine. Even the chairs were comfortable for being benches. I would definitely come here again if I needed to read more

First time to go to a laundry mat. Very clean and the staff was very helpful! I will be back of my washer breaks again. Love the machine that can wash 60 pounds of clothes. read more

Half the machines are broken. We were also in a hurry so we pulled the laundry out of the washer early and the old lady yelled at us and kicked us out. She also screamed at us across the building several times for putting too much laundry into the machines, when she was halfway across the room and couldn't see how little I had in the washer. On top of that, we were being polite and thanking her on the way out and she laughed at us and told us not to come back. As someone who works in customer service, it's scary that someone like that is able to work around other people. Make sure your business goes elsewhere. read more

Been going to this laundromat for about 3 months now, and aside from having to park across the street on occasion due to their lot being full, I have never had a bad experience from this place. I went in around 9:30, and the owner was standing at the door, and yelled that it was too late to do laundry. I got back in my car to go home, but my mom went and talked to her, and told her we were just drying one load, she let us dry them, but when I went back in to get them out of the dryer she told me she was gonna tell me that I had time to dry, but not wash. She had a very rude tone, and was obviously mad. At 9:54 she was going through the store telling everyone it was time to get out. All in all it was not a good experience, and I have had other weird/bad experiences here, it's just the only one close to my house. The staff is rude, and the card machine is a total rip off. The old lady was very rude I was new I had never been here she was not helpful at all. At 9:45 she was yelling at customers saying it's time to go. Don't waste your money on rude people go some where and get good customer service someone who appreciate you. read more

I think I'm going to have to find a new laundromat. I've lived in Keller for nearly 5 years now and I've often use B and B laundromat for large comforters. In previous years, the attendant has always been courteous, helpful, timely and professional. But today I arrived to a new person who was dismissive, unconcerned and unprofessional. (Down right unappreciative for the job she currently holds.) She spoke to me as if I already knew her and she doing me favor on the side. It felt as though I bothering her with my service questions. To top it off she wouldn't even bother to stop looking at her phone and videos to lift up her face and addressed me as a customer. She spoke garbled English and I had to ask her could you please repeat what you're saying because I don't understand what you. She made the comment, "Do you want me to put that in for you are you want to use your own basket". That was the 1st thing that she said to me. I've never been addressed in that way before as a paying customer at B&B. So I had to tell her, " I'm sorry but I don't know what you're saying. Could you please explain. I've been here before several times and I've never had anyone ask me that. So, I don't know what you're trying to ask me". She explained that some people want het to use their own basket they bring their laundry in and others want the one that they provide at the laundromat. I explained that I wanted her to use the same plastic bag used for all the other comfortors cleane and sitting in the back with the label on it. Before I left I had to ask her do you need my name and the size of my comforter. She says, "Oh yeah, what size do you have?" I said " It's a Queen size". She then tells me, "OK just put it into the bin right there". There were two different bins, one was a wired basket the other was a larger industrial bin. So I had to ask her "Which one do you want me to put it in? At this point I'm getting really upset because I'm feeling like I'm working for her and at the end of it she's gonna be paid! I do not like the way I was treated and don't like this lady at the laundromat servicing me as a customer. I don't think anybody else will like her either. I asked how long will it take for my comforter would be ready. She said, "Well, that depends. Let me look at it". So she finally got up and walked over and looked at it. (THE REAL SIGN SHE COUKD GET UP AND MOVE) She realized it was cotton so she said, "OK that'll be ready no later than 3 o'clock today. I said, " I'll be back to pick it up at that time". I later returned to find her sitting and watching videos on her phone again. She didn't bother to a dress me. There was no bell to ring to let her know I was standing there and waiting to be serviced. I had to say, "Excuse me, I've returned to pick up my comforter". She finally got up said how much will it be and I proceeded to take out my payment. So goes, "Oh, you got to have cash". I was appreciative that this was almost over. I gave her cash and I turned around and left. She was the worst attended I have ever come in contact with! I have been at laundromats as a small child in the seventies and they were far better than this one. It's unfortunate that sometimes you have a large item and you really need it to be done professionally. But believe me, I will not be coming back to B & B Laundromat! Although the location is convenient, the service sucked like never before and I refuse to give people my money to be treated like I'm some dismissive ragdoll. My opinion don't waste your time! Period! If anybody knows the owner of this establishment, please post their contact so that we can let them know how horrible this a new hire really is. read more

Loved this laundry mat. Had 2 comforters that would not fit into my machine and 1 oversized comforter that I thought would have to go to the cleaners. This laundry mat was clean and the attendant was incredibly helpful. The attendant explained that to run the machines I had to purchase a card and even explained how much money I would need on the card for my 3 loads to wash and to dry. No hunting for quarters. The attendant was wiping the folding tables and cleaning the machines while we were there. There is also free wifi and TV's to entertain for the 23 minutes it takes to do a load of laundry and the 16 minutes it takes to dry. I like to 'Keep it in Keller' and I will be returning read more
