Ever had a cleaners intentionally write on your clothing?…read more I'll start by saying I am not upset. However, I never have been to a cleaners where you have to tell them not to write on your fabrics. Every piece of clothing (except one) was written on with my last name, including my girlfriend's clothing as well. I thought it was odd. I took it to them asking to get it removed, they blamed me for not requesting them to not write on the clothing. And i quote "without the writing, the clothing could become lost. Rare for them but it's a safety precaution" I pay money to have my valuable clothes cleaned professionally because I care about my clothes. I do not in any fashion wish to alter the clothes inside or out & certainly not with writing. With no apologies given, I picked up the piece of clothing they removed the name on & told them I would take my business elsewhere after being told they would not be responsible if my clothes became lost due to not being able to write on them. Just a warning to those who choose Kell Cleaners.

The quality of cleaning is great and detailed. I had a high priced ($98) dress with bra inserts cleaned and they used safety pins to hold the inserts in place while cleaning. Nice touch. If you know you know why this is a big deal. 3. The price, you get a 10% discount when you pay cash. 4. They do great alterations, too. Shop local and give your cleaning business to local businesses.

Went it to speak to them, and the immediate response was that I must have brought them in that way, and we must have moths in our home. They stated they normally call when they see holes like this, but must have gotten busy... I did not bring my pants in with holes in them, and we do not have moths. How could you remember me bringing in these exact pants and remember seeing holes in them and not mention anything after saying that you normally call when you see something like this? No resolution, basically was told we have moths (which we don't) and I brought my pants in with holes in them to be cleaned, and they are sticking to that story... awful customer service, never giving them my money again.

I dropped off my pant and jacket on Friday and it was ready for pick up the next day. It would be nice if they had a menu with the prices in the drive thru option. I walked in and the lady greeted me, explained that the machines work with either a card ($1 to purchase and then you add money to it) or you can download the app which doesn't require the card (however it does have a minimum required to load onto the card). I was able to wash and dry 3 large comforters in a little over an hour! They have vending machines so you can purchase washing supplies (there is also a DT within walking distance) but the most important thing is this place is CLEAN!!! They also offer and washing service where you can drop it off and they wash and fold it for you. This was a time saver and I'll utilize this place again!
