It started right, they rushed out for some sprinkler work and I asked about replacing my 18yr old fence. I got an estimate a little higher than the next closest so seemed inline, plus the quote had a little more detail. This was all preCOVID. After my deposit, they cancelled. starting multiple times, were consistently late and new excuses each time. We were 6 mo. In with more cancelations and some rain issues, but wouldn't have been if they honored earlier commitments. When the owner personally showed, he did work hard but I even had to mention after demo ended and they were mostly done, they left a batch of crap in the backyard that I had to ask several times to clean up. Cancelations got worse near the last 25% but then they convinced my wife to pay balance doe to personal financial challenges. After that everything was a struggle. More cancels and I complained about no caps on posts, no cement in post holes, missing boards, aesthetic issues,, gate issues and other stuff to drag to about a year for my fence. They wear you down with missed promises and I finally gave up. Now less than 2yrs old, I am having to hire another fence contractor to fix it. Don't get suckered like me.

When Cynthia came out to do a walk-through, I was able to walk with and talk to her about what we needed. I knew right away we wanted to work with her. She is up-front, honest and helpful. There were no hidden costs anywhere. In fact, she even gave us the option of calling her sod dealer ourselves so that we could pay them directly. She called them and placed the order, and then we called and paid them for it. The sod was delivered to our house Saturday morning and her crew had it installed and everything cleaned up before 6:30 that same evening. They even checked all of our sprinkler heads to make sure everything worked properly before they left. She treats her employees very well and it shows in their work.
