Promised update: they came out once to do an overall cleanup to get the property on track and did a good job, though I'm no expert. Not sure how fair their price is (I do have a corner lot on a cul de sac) but it ran us $270. From there, we were supposed to get on a biweekly service for $35 (which seemed pretty reasonable) but my service apparently was never implemented. They were supposed to come out 3 times in November and never did. When I got around to calling about it (I have a 3 month old; if you have kids, you'll understand) today, I was told they'd probably have to come out to do another cleanup. I explained I really didn't want to pay another almost $300 just because they failed to implement the plan we agreed on and was told (albeit nicely) while someone there did "drop the ball", it's my fault for waiting a month to notice and call them. Second update: We cancelled our service after they broke our gate getting into our yard and were seen throwing sticks into our neighbors yard. Terrible!

Whomever installed the cedar fence in our new house did a horrible job. The metal poles used to…read morestabilize the gate side of our house were loose and the oversized gate (46") wouldn't shut. Since our job was small, not may people replied. Junior with Saucedo Landscape contacted me through Yelp, came out and gave me a reasonable bid. They replaced the 3 metal poles with 4 and enlarged the holes before poring concrete. Our new side fence and gate are now stable. Thank you for a job well done!

We were so grateful, and we were even more impressed with the care that was given to our lawn. This company does a wonderful job while committing to no emissions equipment.
