If you ever need to get a new key fob, I recommend giving them a call. They are very responsive and have reasonable prices. About a month ago my key fob wasn't working so I needed to get a new one programmed. They came out a few days later and we're very quick in fixing the issue. About two weeks later, the key fob stopped working again. However, Alex was very punctual and was able to stop by my house to fix the issue at no additional cost. I am very happy with the installation of my smart lock and the entry handle. The customer service from the owner Alex and the locksmith Manuel was great! I was able to get a quote and make an appointment with ease. On the day of service, Manuel was awesome with communicating his ETA and arrived at the time that he said he would. I just recently moved from condo living in SF to owning my home in Walnut Creek and knew that the first thing was to rekey our locks. I sent a general message out to locksmiths in the area requesting a quote. B&B responded back within 10 minutes and after chatting about quotes and providing my information, I had a locksmith scheduled for the next day! Now moving onto the actual day: I received a call from the technician around 8:30am confirming my address and time. He also asked if it would be ok to come earlier Which I agreed to. Manny got to my place around 9:30am and was out by 10:30am. He was extremely friendly, very attentive to detail (made sure all keys worked and even made me try all the keys for each single lock). I don't think I've ever had a better experience with a service company such as a locksmith. I have nothing but praise from the first phone call, to the follow up, the pricing, the responsiveness and the follow through. I was shopping for a safe and needed the safe to be bolted down into concrete. I was given guidance on what would give me the best protection, highest level of security and what would be the most cost efficient options. Once the safe arrived, they showed up immediately and helped me anchor the safe. I thought it was like a 30 min job and the hard part would be moving the damn thing to the desired location. Boy was I wrong. Alex came and moved the safe in no time. Even gave some recommendations. And then he started drilling the holes into concrete for the anchors. This task seemed impossible. Alex was AMAZING! He was the quickest locksmith to reply back, and he was able to duplicate my car keys for my Toyota Camry in my driveway. Long story short, through a series of unfortunate events, I lost my only 2 keys for my car. I called the Toyota dealership and they wanted $240 and they wanted me to tow my car to the dealership, which would be an extra cost. Instead, I contacted Alex with B&B Locksmith and Security, and he only charged me $170. Alex came to my home and was able to resolve this issue on site. Other locksmith's wanted $180-250 and Alex was able to fix it for cheaper. AND... because I am a AAA member, a portion of this will be reimbursed by AAA because they cover locksmiths! He was able to rekey 1 door in short time, but the other was being obstinate/difficult. He was eventually able to get it rekeyed and and all is well. I had a jammed mortise lockset on my French wood (Andersen) patio door. I could not open anything and the doors and parts were out of warranty. I decided to call B&B since the situation was more of a lock problem than an adjustment issue...Alex came out and was prompt courteous and an extremely knowledgeable locksmith. While I was reading my manuals and telling him I might have to buy a very expensive replacement mortise lockset he suddenly had the door open and proceeded to service the doors. I was looking for someone able to program a Porsche key, every other third party company I spoke with said they either could not do it or would not. I needed my house key duplicated and it has the dreaded "do not duplicate" stamp on it. The only other key we have barely works. The hardware store refused to make a copy due to policy. I called a bunch of places that did not offer key duplication services and finally got a hold of someone at this business who asked me to text a picture of the key front and back and immediately replied that they could make a copy and the price. I was given the option to have the locksmith come to me for a fee but opted to meet them at the store because it is very close to my home. I was met by Ian and Matt one of which who made copies of my key with a disclaimer that he wasn't sure it would work because they couldn't test it but to let them know if it needed to be fixed. It took less than 10 minutes and when I got home and tested the keys they all functioned properly.
