They installed a beautiful paver pathway patio with descending and ascending, large stone steps in the back yard, widened steps ascending to the front door, all new beds, foliage, sprinklers and lighting. They designed and installed a three tier water feature descending the boulder walls in the back yard that took several tries to get right. The upper falls was challenging due to its placement over boulder walls that were too steep for a skip loader to ascend, and when we couldn't determine where the water feature was losing water, they almost completely replaced or relaid the liner in order to fix it. It looks great both running and dormant. Although no job of this size is without its challenges (a paver wall they built in the wrong place and subsequently rebuilt, some details w plants I had them re-do), they went the extra mile in making everything right and were truly professionals throughout the process. I was spoiled coming from CA where I had an award winning, "design only" landscape architect work for me at my last home, so this co in Utah had big shoes to fill. I couldn't find a design only firm in Utah, Frederico did a reasonably good job. I'd recommend getting a design only firm to create plans if I could find one here, and then get several bids from landscape companies, Frederico did give me the option to just pay for the plan if I didn't want to have them do the build, plus they had room in their schedule to start my project soon after the design was complete. Honestly I don't know if I'll be completely happy with the complete design until the plants come back in the spring, I do love the hardscape, their attention to detail and the way they persevered to make everything right. This is a highly professional outfit that did a nice job.

I have a large industrial size swamp cooler on my home. The handyman that I had been using I trusted because he helped my dad, so when he said he needed new pumps or everything was working great, I paid and just assumed it was done correctly. Last summer when it wasn't working correctly, he just never responded at all. I called Case Construction and Roofing to see if they had someone to shut it off in the Fall and they did. I called them to come get it running this year. There were 2 giant holes that just made the water run right out and never even get the pads wet. He asked if I have had a larger water bill and I have, like a LOT more the last couple of summers and I just assumed it was the sprinklers. They told me that my "handyman" put duct tape over the hole. He also said that one of the pumps wasn't even hooked up, the other one didn't work and the last one was dying. They also told me I needed new nets as they hadn't been replaced like I had thought. There was also a hornet's nest that had been in there and the water line had so much calcium in it that it was barely getting any water through. I bought 3 new pumps and the nets. He fixed it beautifully! Every pump is hooked up and running, the water line is working, the holes are fixed and the hornets nest is gone. My house is COLD again and I'm in tears of gratitude that Case Construction and Roofing is honest and fixed this for me. The initial consultation took almost three weeks to transpire, mainly due to our primary residence being in another state. But they were more than accommodating to our hectic schedule, which even included their salesman being willing to meet with my husband at 6:00 in the morning! The options they brought to the table were endless and rather inspiring. After a handful of choices, we decided on all new Pella windows, Hardie and steel siding, stone accents and some really good looking raingutter. They even ended up blowing in new insulation in a number of exterior walls. All the installers were amazing to work with and it was very comforting to know we could trust them with access to our home while we were away. We did experience some material delays during the process, but we regularly face supply issues in our own business and realize this was not a reflection of their company but rather the current state of our economy. The transformation took just over six weeks to complete. Because we could only revisit the project twice during construction, they would regularly send pictures and videos of their progress. They gave me a bid, They were one of the highest but Corey sounded like he could do the work and he even mentioned spraying it so it would last all season. It took about 3-4 weeks for him to even do the work, which it did not pass inspection. I was charged a re-inspection fee, and ultimately he said he could not finish the work, even spray for that amount he quoted. I paid him in full and he had promised to send me back the money, which he did not. I had to go to court over the violation, and on top of it, pay another company to go do the work he had promised to do in the first place. His word can not be trusted. He didn't complete the work and just left me high and dry. He wasted over 2 months of my time and took over $3000.00 in payment.
