WTF is that? apes installed with chrome accessories...6 weeks later I pick the bike up. Insisted i sign off on mechanical liability because he didn't have time to road test it...chrome ALL finger-printed up w/ oily smears. Throttle stuck wide open, loose screws holding the throttle body on... so he had to tighten, then loosen, move it back & forth to make it let go, then re-tighten...in the rain...then said it was MY responsibility.... then I asked for his posted 10% military discount. Ha! Another ruse. Said no, then excused it away by telling me he wasn't getting it from his suppliers...when I went in to pay the full price, sign off accepting my bike "as-is", he said the could give me the 10%.....the exact amount for 2hours of labor he tacked on for removing a couple of stink bugs...what a GD abortion...badmouthed everything, the bike, a stud he broke off, his paint guy that sucks, a couple of stink bugs, dirt under the frame, some surface rust...everything!! I couldn't wait to get out of there. Took it right to the Harley dealership. I made a mistake with Bill Raber...he "got me"....He pressures you to do sh** HE wants to do & can spend YOUR money quicker than you...Then wants the money up front... YOU WERE WARNED!!

I went to the dealership and was met with a bunch of super nice people who showed me everything. From the Rykers down to the gloves, I got great info to help make this big decision. I chose the Ryker Rally, and the deal was made. Easy all the way around! I'd never ridden before so they offered to deliver it so I would not have to drive an hour home with it my first day. My friend drove it home and I started learning immediately. I'm two days in now, been driving all over the neighborhood and I absolutely love it! I could not be happier with my new Ryker! Deceptive business practice and charges customers for a business decision they made on their end…read more On 5/21/26, I placed an order on the merchant's website for a Zooz Ultra Urban Gen 4 electric bike for a total purchase price of $2,595.00. Following the order submission, the business reached out requesting that I provide additional verification documents to confirm my identity and credit card ownership to mitigate fraud risk. I fully intended to complete this transaction and promptly complied, providing the exact documentation requested. No further information or follow-up was requested by the merchant. Instead of processing the order, the business proactively and unilaterally cancelled the transaction. While the merchant has the right to refuse service, they deceptively withheld $130.00 from my refund, returning only $2,465.00. The merchant is penalizing me by applying a 5% "cancellation fee" to an item that was never fulfilled, never shipped, and where the cancellation was entirely the merchant's choice. I should not bear the operational cost of their decision to cancel a transaction that I actively tried to fulfill and verify. The withholding of these funds under the guise of a return or cancellation policy for an unfulfilled order is deceptive and an unfair business practice. I would not recommend doing business with them.
