I had models available/down pmt for each/monthly pmt for each so I could think about what I wanted to spend. I found some accessories online and was given the info on this right away too. No delays, no pressure, just clear info. Chad told me about the free 3 wheel classes so I could learn safely. I didn't know about that option. Already signed up! I went to the dealership and was met with a bunch of super nice people who showed me everything. From the Rykers down to the gloves, I got great info to help make this big decision. I chose the Ryker Rally, and the deal was made. Easy all the way around! I'd never ridden before so they offered to deliver it so I would not have to drive an hour home with it my first day. My friend drove it home and I started learning immediately. I'm two days in now, been driving all over the neighborhood and I absolutely love it! I could not be happier with my new Ryker! We thought we were going to have a bad day until we went to Warhorse Camphill. Even though they had an hour left until they closed, James and Ryan went out of there way to allow Jesse to test ride a Triumph Speed Twin 900 and she had a blast and loved the bike so much! James and Ryan didn't have to do what they did today but they went above and beyond to show Jesse what true customer service is all about. Let's fast forward a year later and it's the same BS. Soon as I ask for a OTD price they ghost me but their AI assistant keeps begging me to waste my time driving over 3 hours round trip for a number they could produce in 5 minutes. I'll go find a bike somewhere else.. total clown show. They fear people who come in that did their research and won't be hosed by their predatory tactics/fees.

It's handy to get your bike inspected, tires changed, oil changes - simple stuff. Every time I get a bike inspected, Bryan, JR or Earl talks to me for just a moment afterward to tell me about the condition of my bike and I really appreciate this. Nick and Eli are exceptionally friendly and helpful in getting riders in and out of service and, over the years, have gotten to know me by name. I appreciate Duane, the owner, sending out an email questionnaire after any service visit or sometimes he'll just be out talking to customers. Be careful while you wait for your bike to get finished because the showroom is full of new and used motorcycles and I'm always tempted to purchase something else. If you don't want to be teased by all the bikes on the showroom floor, there's a comfortable waiting area with magazines and beverages. It's kinda like that one-night stand you get from the bar and you know it's gonna be a bad decision, but you pop another shot and you say, "The hell with it." And then that night for that one-night stand was so good you ended up going back the second day, but it wasn't at night. It was during the day, so it was a day-stand. Wow, this is how I feel about the motorcycle shop that I took my Harley to. There's something special about feeling the horsepower of that engine, rumbling and roaring in between your legs, especially when it's a cold, chilly day and that warmth from the engine heats your bottom side. But this isn't about the engine; this is about great customer service, reliability, and also the element of surprise. I've been riding my Harley vigorously for the last few days ever since I picked it up from High Strength V Twin, and I swear I know this bike inside and out and it knows me. Ever since I picked my bike up from the shop, it has driven better and smoother, and the transition from first, second, third, fourth, all the way up to the sixth gear is amazing. I think the craftsmanship, the art, the love, and the joy of the mechanic, Mike, and his partner inside that shop made my bike run better, smoother, harder, and faster. That's why I had to do a second review, so I hope you ride your bike into the shop to go ahead and get it fixed correctly, efficiently, accurately, and at an affordable price. It was strange. I bought a Slingshot there a year ago and the sales experience was average. I…read morewanted to bring it in for inspection and recall work and the person they sent the phone too was not forthcoming. It was an awkward conversation of me asking questions, a Slingshot is unchartered territory for me, and the mechanic being very uninviting to answer. Ultimately the recall information was worthless, and my money is on never getting a call about parts arriving. Just based on the guys willingness to answer questions. The inspection and recall work will not take place the same day. This is terrible since no one wants to drive in there twice for no reason. As it turns out, and maybe it's not their fault, but they apparently have a major backup of recall work and no parts for it in stock... Again, according to Mr. No Communication on the phone. I scheduled my inspection and the most the guy said was, I hope it doesn't rain that day. I guess his poor way of saying, we don't like to schedule things ahead. Of course I didn't know that until I arrived in person. When I arrived it was raining and he told me they can't inspect on a rainy day. Of course, any fail would be "discretionary" but rain won't be because it gets Mr. No Communication out of work and human interaction. I understand you can't inspect when it rains. But what can you do? We've found the problem, so what is the solution? It's simple. Be a jerk! Mr. No Communication says, who'd you talk to on the phone, and I know it was probably him, but I say, whoever answered the phone, because he doesn't exactly introduce himself. I asked, what can I do about rescheduling? He says, we don't schedule appointments, you just come in. What?!?! I say, I scheduled for today. He looks at a book and says, there's nothing for today. Wait! You just said you don't schedule and now there's nothing for today? Which is it?! I don't think I'll be going back here unless I have no other choice. I work around electricians, plumbers, contractors and some of these industries are known for arrogance, but I've never dealt with one who deals with people like their lead service man. He's a total jerk, not just on the phone but in person too.

I visited the dealer several times: once to look around at new bikes, once to order a part and the…read moremost-recent time, to have warranty work done on my bike. Most of the folks who work there are very nice, especially the young man who works at the service counter. The folks on the sales floor are nice, too, and seem very knowledgeable about the products they sell. The service department, however, is what prompted me to write this review and it is mixed. I called to inquire about having warranty work done and the answers I was getting didn't make a lot of sense to me. Anyhow, I brought the bike in and the service manager, Reggie, seemed, well, disinterested and vacant. He never greeted me and kept staring into his computer monitor while talking to me. He also wasn't great about calling me back and it seemed like whenever I spoke with him, it was a bother -- like he had better things to do than to talk to me. In the end, however, the work was done, correctly, under warranty, and the bike returned to me without issue. I will probably return for service but I have a vaguely uneasy feeling about Reggie. Maybe I kept reaching him on off-days, but when you're in the service business, I think you should have a more customer-oriented attitude: acknowledge customers, make eye contact, listen to their needs and call them back in a timely fashion.

Henry was VERY accommodating and let me know that they could fit me in that day ASAP and that while I wait, I could enjoy the birthday bash - great surprise as I thought it was the following weekend. Moving forward, I didn't have a 'printed' copy of my insurance card and Russell was kind enough to let me send to his email & print it for me as well as keeping me informed for the 5 hours I was there. Which brings me to Mike Wolf, the tech who worked on my bike endlessly to get it right so it passed inspection with the help of Brandon/Service Mgr. allowing the extra time/labor to get those ridiculous brakes passed. I also had MAJOR moral support from the new fella, Jeff ! I would not have made it through those 5 hours without ANY of them! KUDOS and thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
