Eli's claims car was sold "as is" and is unwilling to do anything. However, the advertisement for the car indicates it is in "absolutely perfect mechanical condition". I relied upon their affirmative representation to my detriment. Apparently I will need to take legal action to get any consideration from Eli's. Once the money is in their hands, you are dead to them. Very, very dishonest ( even for a used car dealer). Stay away!!
