The technician and the owner were overly professional and didn't hesitate to ensure the damage was rectified. I will give their name out to all of my friends and family as it's difficult to find a company that is more proactive, responsible and professional in this market.

I took it to Firestone and Walmart they wouldn't touch it because someone had already tried to repair it . I called ARNOLD and told him he needs to hold his employe responsible for this tire that now can't be fixed now. if hi employees can't fix the service they are offering they shouldn't have the option of offering it. if you are offering a service that clearly you can't provide. it's a waste of the customer time and in my case money. because I had to spend 200$ on a new tire
