I was told that I had to have an insurance claim number before I could pick up my personal belongings. I had highway patrol call them to get it straightened out. They can hold the car, but not my personal property. Burlington lot is like a prison yard. Keep your head on a swivel because this is a bad area of town (constantine wire and all). They wouldn't let us drive to my wrecked car to transfer my personal property. Had to make 5 trips walking from my wrecked car to my ride back and forth. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal but we were hurt from the accident. This was very painful and difficult for me. Of course, I hope I won't need to be towed in the future, but I don't want Adams anywhere near me. Do not recommend ever.
