I took it to Firestone and Walmart they wouldn't touch it because someone had already tried to repair it . I called ARNOLD and told him he needs to hold his employe responsible for this tire that now can't be fixed now. if hi employees can't fix the service they are offering they shouldn't have the option of offering it. if you are offering a service that clearly you can't provide. it's a waste of the customer time and in my case money. because I had to spend 200$ on a new tire

Despite giving him multiple chances to make things right, he has not honored his warranty or fixed the problem. I've now filed an official police report with the Greensboro Police Department for fraud. I would strongly caution anyone from hiring this mechanic. Dishonest, unreliable, and unprofessional. Me being an idiot, assumed we had a spare in a 2023 Accord. Unfortunately we did not and did not discover this until David arrived. If it wasn't for David being such an awesome person, we would've had to wait to be dispatched a tow truck and taken to a tire place. David offered to take the tire off, take one of us to the nearest tire store, and bring us back so he can put the tire on. This probably saved us hours of waiting and who knows how much money. Went there in March 2025 to get tires rotated and balanced and found out that I had to get new…read moretires. They were right, of course, but inconveniently my tires were no longer being sold, so I had to move to a different brand and model. So far, they are riding well. Service person was very good (although they really try to exploit the hydroplaning fear to get you to buy tires). The price for the tires seems to be ok for what I got but that remains to be seen. However, I am not sure why they blare country music in the waiting area for their customers. I am open to all genres of music, but it was excruciating! Is this for the installers in the installation area? A corporate mandate? Sedate everyone by putting on some smooth jazz and be done with it.
