Told them to just cut the locks off since I had no idea where the key could be. Soon afterwards they called back that the car was ready. They replaced the locks without damaging the rims or lugs, and replaced the rear wiper that was damaged too. From initial contact with Jeremy to getting connected with Pete to delivery, everything was smooth. Pete was especially awesome and didn't rush me as I crawled under the car and poked around everywhere to check out the car. Even during the test drive, he didn't try to upsell the car. Not to mention, despite not being a Jeep dealership, Pete graciously let me have my first rubber duck, complete with a beanie and sunglasses, and Pete was knowledgeable about the car and even showed us how to use the transfer case shifter. Very easygoing and no high pressure. Even though we came towards the very end of the day on a Friday, not a single person from this dealership that we interacted with had that "oh god we're almost closing and it's Friday and you're here so late" look (or at least if they did, we did not notice it at all!) that we've gotten before. The dealership was clean as well and extra clean bathrooms are always a nice plus. But I'm sure what you care about is price, and that's what brought us to this dealership in the first place too. The market analysis they showed us demonstrated that they really were at the cheapest end in terms of pricing.

I wanted to have 35's put on over my 33's and when I arrived he flat out said he wasn't going to do it. I told them they clear perfectly because I already had them on and there's a lift. He agreed with all my points and said he's not doing it. It was actually a bizarre experience because he wouldn't really say why other than "legal reasons." Except that he thought it was perfectly acceptable to send us out with bald tires in the upcoming snowstorm, with brand new tires in the bed, knowing full well I will never be able to find anyone to swap them before the snow gets here. So take your chances going here and being told to "pound sand," if you have a normal set of mud tires for your truck.

DO NOT GO! They are dishonest and will mess up your car…read more I previously thought that Forward's garage is an honest mechanics place and had good prices. Boy was I WRONG. I had ALL my brake lines changed at Forward's garage due to normal rusting. They charged me $400, which is very reasonable price. What I didn't find out until 1 year later when I took my car to another mechanic for oil change (due to cheaper pricing availabe) was that they used COMPRESSION FITTINGS on all my brake lines. They are literally putting my family and my life at risk! Brake lines should use union fittings to withstand the high pressure, not compression fittings. I called Forward's garage after I realized what they did. THey then told me "compression fittings are not illegal in New Hamspshire" and gave me the NH DMV number to call. Fine! u bastards, it's not illegal in NH, but it's illegal in many other states! I am moving to MA in the future, and it's illegal there. I can't believe you are putting my life at risk and charge me $400 bucks for it. I WILL NEVER come to you again.
