THERES A REASON HE ISNT ON GOOGLE. I slipped on ice in January on the highway going 65 mph. Tow bill over $2.5k to remove it from a small median and go 20 minutes down the road. When it came time to repair the vehicle he charged me 3k for the repairs. Not only did Tim Stanford not fix my brakes, brake lights oil leaks, and lights. When confronted about the 4 miss diagnosis of those things he lashed out verbally assaulted me. Even coming to my place of work with my property after the Meredith PD told him to give me back my property. Then when in the middle of my workday he caused a huge disturbance in my place of work yelling and threatening. I called the cops again as he took off with my tires again. He refused to give me my tires back. He wouldnt take ownership of his failed 4 miss diagnosis. Then when i asked him to do a partial refund for the oil leaks that are still present he lost it even further! In the end i got my tires back thanks to meredith police. I called back multiple times and every day for a week and was met with a voicemail box prompt, and kept leaving a message about the pickup and delivery of the car. I got through to Bertocchi's Towing the following monday, 7 days later and asked him the status about picking up the car, he said the car will be picked up on tuesday, mind you the car was accruing storage fee's daily due to his inability to call us back, where I could have gone to another towing service. So I called the company whom I bought the car from on that same Monday after speaking with bertocchi's Towing, and Bertocchi's Towing never setup an appt with them to pickup the vehicle on tuesday, so he lied right over the phone and left me hanging for 7 days and over $100 in storage fee's. Needless to say he's a liar, and I will tell everyone I know to never use this bum in Laconia. Bertocchi's Towing never responded to my calls or voicemails, and when I did speak with him on the phone, he straight-face lied to me about pickup of the car, and cost me time and money. He never called back to say sorry, or explain himself. He just didn't give 2 craps about the impact to us both financially, and with the time spent chasing this bum around. This is who you are dealing with, so stay away and don't bother with Bertocchi's Towing in Laconia.

We were three people and by law the tow truck can only take two adults and so Chris called another shop in the area he knew to see if our third member could wait there for the cab. Then he drove our third member to the shop before towing our car. We were really impressed with one of his stories on how he recovered a car that was fully submerged under water (he is a former Marine and has diving gear). Highly recommend.

Rusty's towing are crooks. They recently recovered and towed a pickup truck and trailer from an…read moreaccident and double charged most of the bill. They treated the truck and trailer as two separate recoveries. Insurance was paying for the truck while we had to pay for the trailer. They charged a 3 hour minimum for the truck and a separate 3 hour minimum for the trailer. Also charged 3 hour minimums for extra guys for the truck and 3 hour minimums for extra guys for the trailer. This was one recovery and tow that only took roughly 2 hours to complete. Tried talking to the owner on the phone and when I first asked questions about the bill he hung up on me. After calling back he finally agreed to take some money off of I paid cash. But wouldn't budge any more. Said if I wanted my trailer I would pay the bill. The owner was rude on the phone and couldn't explain why we were double charged for the truck and trailer other than they worked their a**es off and that's the way it is. There were also after hours fees when the tow was at 2 in the afternoon and Rusty's advertises they are 24 hours. The double charges sure seem like insurance fraud to me. Rusty's also towed the truck to a repair shop with no authorization from insurance or us. Very unprofessional company.
