He listened to our description of our sewer line issue and was sure that it was likely just a blocked drain. He came out and was able to clear the drain and accurately diagnosed root cause. They were the cheapest quote I got for the Norristown heater certification if that is what you are looking for! My heater does not use the chimney because its a high efficiency unit vent via PVC and the borough inspector wanted a chimney certification or the heater certification to have a note saying chimney is abandoned. Toto's was nice and responsive and rewrote the certification with this note for me so I did not have to get a chimney certification. They were always very helpful and responsive, would highly recommend.

Immediately they told us they could replace the baseboard. They provided us with several options. After choosing a baseboard, Santos Mechanical quickly ascertained the parts, removed the old unit, and replaced the new unit and parts. They worked efficiently, maintained a neat working environment, and completed the job with functionality and an excellent appearance. In addition to the replacement of the unit, our entire system had to be drained. After completing the replacement Santos Mechanical had to refill our entire system which has two different phases. They had to be in our entire house where they carefully moved furniture when necessary. They were very careful to cleanup as they went from room to room. They are very trustworthy and considerate of our home. The price was very reasonable and the estimate reflected the final costs of the entire repair.

Heater is 11 yrs old and living on borrowed time. Called a provider a major player in the area and got a quote which seemed rather high. Then called Palmerio and phone answered by the owner. Explained situation and got a ball park quote which was substantially lower than the major player. When could job be done? Answer....today I'll be over within an hour. Long story short from the time of first contact at 8:30am until new heater installed and running at 12:30 pm Elapsed time 4 hours!!! Can't beat that for service and the price was right. Might add im a student of efficiency of motion. I always watch pros when I get the chance as I might learn something I can use myself at some time. Joe certainly knows his business in this regard.
