You see, I drove from Atlanta to Jackson, catching so many bugs that my front window and bumper looked a mess. All I had to do was dip the brush in the liquid, and with one wipe and two wipes for good measure, the bugs came right off. I even cleaned my back window. Once inside the drive-thru, the grime and dirt melted right off to the ground. I added the extra blower to dry my car, which was a treat because I didnt have the streaks on my window or tried round dots on my windows. I drive a Chevy Tahoe with a bug guard on the front of the hood. I should say it used to have a bug guard. One trip through the wash and it was ripped right off. I know car washes typically treat aftermarket equipment as a "wash at your own risk" scenario, however a bug guard doesn't really change the vehicle's profile at all. It's also not something that I could have removed. As if the property damage wasn't enough, the wash didn't even clean the truck all that well. I immediately brought the damage to their attention and was told that they'd "review the tapes" and get it back to me. I left my phone number with the understanding that they'd review the incident and call me. They never initiated contact. Over the next several months I repeatedly had to call and email to find out the status of my claim. I was given every excuse in the book why the owner couldn't call me, including everything from illness, vacation, marriage, and store inventory. They continued to give me the runaround for months until they finally processed my claim. Rather than send me the check as I had requested, they sent it to a nearby Chevy dealer. Apparently they picked the dealer from one of the many repair estimates I had sent in, however they neglected to inform the dealer (or me) of their decision. Thankfully the dealership was able to find my check and I eventually got the bug shield repaired. In summary, the wash left my truck dirty and the customer service left me frustrated and exhausted.

I have been a Red Arrow Car Wash customer for years. They have great customer service, great wash…read morepackages and they use good products. You can get any wash from a basic package to a shampoo and interior detail, leather interior cleaned and conditioned to a good hand wax. The car wash is a tunnel style car wash but they degrease wheels and wash off mud before sending it thru the tunnel. I suggest scheduling or arriving early for a full detail as it may take some time for them to provide the services you're paying for. I usually get the Managers Package which is a wash, foam wax, air freshener, vacuum, dash wipe down and tire shine. The service is usually fast depending on how many customers are ahead of you. They also offer oil change services. If you're in the Flowood area and need a good carwash I suggest Red Arrow. A car wash that uses good products and has great customer service.
