The driver was aggressively passing vehicles in the canyon, driving recklessly, and forcing other vehicles off the road. This type of behavior is dangerous and could have easily resulted in a serious accident. When an employee is driving a company vehicle, they are representing the business, and unfortunately, this driver's actions reflected very poorly on the company and demonstrated a lack of professionalism and concern for public safety. I hope the company takes this matter seriously, investigates the incident involving vehicle license plate #36795B3, and reminds its employees that no destination is worth risking the safety and lives of others on the road.

When the appointment came, the crew of two showed up on time, and they got right to work, digging out my septic tank lid and making hilarious poop puns along the way. They gave me a rundown on how the system worked and gave me tips to ensure it works for years to come. Mike, the owner and father of the two young men who came to dig out the lid, showed up about an hour later with the pump truck and helped them finish the job. I elected to have chemical treatment to help maintain my leech field, and the crew elected to come back the following day so as to let it settle a bit overnight. Mike called me in the morning and let me know when to expect his son to come by to finish the work and collect payment. All in all, Kern County Sewer is a great family owned business. The office staff is polite, and the guys in the field know their crap.
